Does what it says however gave me really dry patchy skin around the brows wondering if it’s too strong to use on the face :(

Absolutely love my pink honey, “honey glue” it’s amazing and I feel so confident with my brows now. Will definitely be buying this again :)

I was initially put off by the bad reviews but I really wanted to try them because a makeup artist I like loves their products. I live in the US and they're based in the UK so i was sort of concerned about the shipping but they pleasantly surprised me. My order shipped super quick and arrived in the US quite quickly and I received the package around 10 days after I ordered. their cola cubes honey glue has quickly become my holy grail brow product. The only reason I took off one star was that I messaged them on Instagram about something and they saw the message and never replied.

I was unsure on what shade to get my wonder wax in, I messaged pink honey and they was so polite and friendly.
I sent my brow pictures through and they automatically replied with my shade !
I can’t fault them! They are super quick with their replies, always friendly, polite and so so so helpful!
I will 10000% hands down use this company again !

Absolutely amazing products! I have the original gel and wonder wax. Creates a temporary effect for fluffy laminated eyebrows. Quick delivery! Highly recommend.

i used the super hold 3 times and it burnt the top layer of skin off above my eyebrows! contacted customer service twice no responses and instagram! no response! paid for items that i didn’t receive’ shocking company!!

Got the wonder wax in chocolate, I don’t have any allergies or sensitive skin but after 1 minute my skin was bright red and burning, followed my swelling on my brow bone

The absolute WORST customer service.
I placed an order which went through their website twice. I reached out to customer services and no reply for days. I then tried contacting them through their socials which were unhelpful. I finally heard back from customer services and I can honestly say it's the worst customer service I have ever received. The issue was still unresolved and they just stopped replying. Very overrated products - not worth your money and this website is definitely not worth your time. Do yourself a favour and avoid!

And iam so glad I tried it. The Super Hold is amazing. Parcel arrived quickly considering COVID. I’m very impressed, and will definitely use again.

Purchased my original super hold with fast delivery smells insane just like bubble gum 😍😍 and the hold is unreal my eyebrows do not move! Best eyebrow product I have every used it’s now my go to! can’t wait to try all other products chocolate wonder wax is next on my list!

Such an amazing product and company, I emailed for some advice before I bought a product and the team were so helpful and lovely! Definitely a customer for life, it’s part of my every day routine and I love it holds my brows all day and smells so good!

Ordered in November 2020, never received anything. Tried contacting them via email and at forst they said they would re-send the package because it got lost. I don’t think they ever did resend, though. They never provided a tracking number either. I then tried to follow up multiple times - through email, instgram and their website. After a month they got back to me via email claiming that their firewall bounced my emails back and claimed again that they will re-send the package. A month later I again followed up on multiple channels to request a refund. Had to contact them multiple times. After a month they finally deigned to answer, issuing the refund. Very bad experience, feels like they just don’t care about customers.

Ordered the wonder wax & brow pencil - wonder wax was sooo dry and went everywhere except the actual eyebrow. But pencil really good so 50/50 & I love the original pink honey glue, so maybe the wonder wax was an anomaly - but still disappointed as wasted money on it :(

My daughter ordered an item and paid for next day delivery and two weeks on we’re still waiting. Found there address on company’s house might have to go and collect it! My advice is to AVOID!!! this company.

I had placed an order over a month ago, I reached out to pinkhoneyuk though email and did not receive a response. So I then reached out through instagram they said I did receive an email back and to check my junk file, which I did and there was no response. The told me to send my order number. Once I did I was ignored so I commented on their post to grab their attention. They deleted my comment and then replied saying my package was lost and a new one would replace it and tracking would be sent the next day. A week went by with no update, so I messaged again and was ignored. The message was seen but it was obvious that it was not a priority for them to help me. The products look great but I would not order from them again nor recommend that anyone out of the UK does. They are a small business and I expect more from them. They have time to advertise the product on their instagram but no time to make sure their customers receive the product. I would give zero stars if it was possible.
