A bird cherry and Amelanchier tree arrived in early spring and I planted between the frosts with advice from the internet. The trees were very well packaged and I soaked them as advised before planting. They are growing extremely well and are very healthy trees (I’m watering every few weeks if needed until they are established). Emails from the nursery were very helpful. I’ve recommended the nursery because of good price and healthy trees. Very pleased.

I came here to see what the reviews were like for pipin trees as I'm not sure the guy I texted about problems with a tree was very interested. Knowing they sold this species I thought I would give it a try. Not knowing much about the species I would like to point out there was no purchase completed.I just wanted to ask a few questions about problems I was having with a tree I had in a container and I did get a response so I should be pleased that they did at least respond to me. Every seller tends to be abrupt or rude these days they don't regard answering questions as important to their business gone are the days of talking to an experienced nurseryman they've all closed down.

Took ages to receive item. After delay's it was eventually sent. Didn’t turn up on days detailed even though notified it had! Appears later and delivered, upside down, to a neighbours address! Broken branches bare roots and soil out of pot.

The tree was not the 45cm shrub sized tree but a grafted standard 1.5 m tall.

Rang several times emailed 3 times and, as yet, still have no reply. Wish I had seen the previous persons review as probably would have avoided this “company”.

Will be copying to RHS as got them through their recommendations.

Pre-ordered & paid for a tree prior to summer for delivery in September. The tree "went missing" leaving us tree-less despite months of waiting. The company said to check their T&Cs for issues such as these. Very unhelpful & incredibly unprofessional. Would never use again.

An unclear website led me to buy an expensive whip of a tree - basically a twig for over £20. I wrote to the company and at first got a curt reply. I wrote back and got an extensive email telling me that I was totally in the wrong, that their trees are great value and please go away - effectively.
I won't be using the company again, expensive products and POOR customer service.

I am a novice regarding tress so looked around nurseries local to me a saw this cheery blossom tree.
The local nurseries trees to an untrained eye looked bedraggled and also, I could not fit in my car.
So, looked online and found this company.
It was on a slight delay for dispatch time, but I thought this was because they had to be sent a certain time.
It arrived yesterday and to my utter delight a beautiful looking tree, beautiful.
It was well packed, healthy and the courier handles it with such care.

Searched online for small ornamental tree for container planting and came across Pippin Trees which had a huge selection and a very helpful advice service. I purchased a miniature weeping crab apple tree at a fraction of the price I would have had to pay at any garden center and was pleasantly surprised to receive it much faster than predicted. It arrived carefully packed in a 6' tall purpose made cardboard container ready pre-planted in a plastic pot for easy transfer to a larger container, and in full flower. I also received advice on planting and care including future pruning. It now resides in its new home where I can see it through my front window from my sofa and it forms part of a display that cheers me up during the current pandemic lock down and attracts a few smiles from neighbours and passers by.
