Service was excellent, no problems there but I wish the lifejacket had not come mounted on a massive piece of plastic which I now have to dispose of.

Following the purchase of two excellent ebikes I subsequently had an issues with the batteries. The response in dealing with the matter by Nathan, the Manager, as well as the manufacturers was exemplary. The problems were rapidly resolved in a most satisfactory manner. Ordered a Sevylor 12V pump. This arrived early. I wanted it to pump up my Kampa air awning but knew in advance that the adaptors were not designed for this purpose so i modified the ones supplied and everything worked better than expected.

Very disappointing service, places an online order back in March which was my first dealings with Pirates Cave, after 3 weeks of no order confirmation or any communication I called to chase my order, I'm told they are keeping my order as some of the items are out of stock and they wouldn't have a date to when they might arrive, after being spoken to in a rude manner being told "we are very busy at the moment so can't guarantee all orders will be despatched promptly"! 3 weeks will no communication and not contacting me to ask if I wanted the in stock items to be sent, cancel the whole order or wait for them to be in stock is poor!

Having given them the benefit of the doubt and fact they are struggling to get stock due to Covid I've placed a second order, only two items! Both items were the wrong items!
After a bit of messing around I get one correct item as the second isn't available.
Again over a week later no communication and no refund.
After having to call yet again, the refund was overlooked!
Very poor service, I'm sure going to to pick stuff up is fine but ordering online and having it delivered just isn't worth the time and hassle.

Great service as always fast nxt day delivey.keep up the good work even with the extra on posting my coolent was still £25 cheper.
