Good products, decent prices. Delivered on time, a couple of items damaged during transit and this is where they really excelled. I asked for and received a refund within 2 hours. They also sent me a discount voucher to use on my next purchase. This is how customer service should be. Thank you and I will be returning x

Excellent service. My items arrived today and I am extremely impressed with the packaging. My items were wrapped in wool liner and my drink was wrapped with an ice pack. These can be returned to be recycled so I am really happy that the packaging is environmentally friendly. I will definitely be ordering again :)

Absolute joke this company ordered 2 weeks ago still no items despite paying £5 delivery first toldme items were out of stock than they said they wereback in stock and could send next day delivery still not recieved and not responding to emails one of worst companies i have ever ordered from will never use them again.update to my complaint planet organic have been intouch and resolved the situation to my satisfaction will use again now

First online order had one item missing and another arriving with a burst bag. Emailed customer support days ago and haven't heard back. This has got be be the worst for online food shopping.

Order made 7 days ago and still not received, was supposed to be 3-5 days delivery which is disappointing.

I’m sad to say it, but here’s why I’ve stopped shopping or buying coffee from Planet Organic. I’ve been a loyal customer since the day they opened on Westbourne Grove, 20(?) years ago. Having one on my doorstep was even a key factor in moving to our current home! But Plan Organ Muswell Hill, is letting the community down badly. Most staff don’t wear masks, or don’t wear them properly. They do nothing to challenge customers who don’t wear masks either - in a food shop. Instead of posters saying Wear a Mask, they even have posters warning people that those NOT wearing masks may be exempt – i.e. basically encouraging anybody who doesn’t feel like wearing a mask inside the store to claim exemption. I’ve even seen mask-wearing customers walk in, then remove their masks to start shopping (what is that about?) and people walk in in order to stand around using their mobile phones, again without masks - not even buying food, just ducking into somewhere warm to chat. Again, unchallenged.

At first I took my keep cup there for takeaway coffee, figuring that at least if an un-masked barista makes my coffee, they won’t put their hand on the part I drink from, but PO now refuses to accept a keep cup ‘for Covid reasons’.

It’s not good enough. If the staff in other local shops can say Sorry madam, you can’t come in without a mask, then why can’t Planet Organic? Stop the political correctness and start protecting the community; as somebody who'd be exempt from mask-wearing (should I choose to be - but I wear it), I'd like to say this isn't the time for some kind of 'we protect the exempt' virtue signaling; it’s the time for doing everything we possibly can to beat this virus so we can all get back to our lives.

Where's my order? I expected 3 packs of dressed crabs today, which were ordered on December 23rd. I contacted their customer service and rang but no reply. They eventually contacted me, apologised and offered a full refund. And they sent me a box of vegan chocolates free of charge. Although I didn't receive my order, I am happy with the outcome.

Very satisfied. Delivered within the provided time frame (considering the current situation) and sealed with both wool insulation or frozen patches where needed. The eggs arrived broken and received a refund thereafter I've contacted their support.

Absolutely horrendous. Got sold rotten fruit and tried to get in touch with them, not a word- no acknowledgement, no apology- nothing.

Ordered next day delivery as I needed the items to come before I go to see my family to another country. Placed the order 3 days in advance just in case. Everything can happen I understand. But my order never arrived. No notification. Nothing. They've just stolen almost 100 pounds from me. Amazing.

They have great products but just go to the actual shop and buy.

Had an issue with two supplements, so I emailed customer service. Eventually got a reply from Planet Organic and they resolved issue. I was really impressed with their professional response and will buy more from them now.

I ordered a few different products and selected Nominated day delivery as i required them urgently. One item has been delivered! the rest did not even arrive. They have taken my money but have provided no updates! Honestly this was my first time and will be the last time ordering from them! Honestly so disappointed. I have e-mail the team, no response yet , no contact number either on the website.

Fresh, good quality organic produce. Some vegetables and salad were frozen on delivery but were refunded with the help of the excellent customer service team.

This is the second time I have ordered Planet Paleo Bone Broth Collagen Protein and I love it! The taste is delicious and also I am not hungry after drinking it for quite a few hours so I have the feeling it can help with weight loss. but please this is only my personal experience, thank you and I will definitely order again soon :-)
