The service staff can quickly assist in resolving issues. It would be ideal if the bank information could be completed directly when filling out the tax exemption form. For foreign customers like us, discovering that the bank card details were not added upon returning home and having to contact customer service later can be quite troublesome

I never received my refund! It says it’s been processed and refund was made but it was NEVER refunded in my credit card as I asked to be done!
