I had a completely frustrating experience with Platinum Rx and would strongly advise against using them.
​When I placed my order, the delivery date was clearly shown as April 12th. But on the 12th itself, they suddenly changed it to April 15th without any warning. Because I needed my items right away, I decided to just cancel the order.
​That's when the real headache started. You literally cannot cancel an order through their app—there is no option for it anywhere. So, I had to call their customer support line. It took multiple tries before someone finally picked up. When I told the support rep I wanted to cancel, they just transferred me over to the sales team. The person in sales didn't even bother to listen to my issue before blindly transferring me straight back to support.
​Because of that ridiculous runaround, I was dumped right back into the automated holding queue at number 7, forced to wait all over again just to speak to a human. I eventually gave up and just ordered what I needed from Apollo Pharmacy instead.
​It is an absolute joke of a customer service system. I even have the call recordings to prove exactly how badly they treat their customers. Save yourself the stress and use a different pharmacy.

I had a very disappointing experience with PlatinumRx. I placed my first order for medicine, and after completing the payment, the platform showed next-day delivery. However, even after two days, I did not receive the order, nor was I given any update about the delay.

When I contacted customer care, they said they would raise a complaint, but when I asked for a complaint number, I was told that their policy does not allow sharing complaint numbers with customers. This is highly unprofessional and lacks transparency.

To make matters worse, their official courier partner claimed that the customer had rescheduled the delivery date, which is completely false.

Overall, PlatinumRx failed to deliver the product on time, did not provide proper communication, and handled the complaint process poorly. This reflects a serious lack of reliability and accountability.

My experience with Platinum Rx was highly disappointing. I received a call for Order #1939506 where the doctor was incredibly arrogant, demanding justifications even for non-prescription medicines and threatening to cancel the order when I couldn't answer to his satisfaction.

To make matters worse, customer service provided zero help, staying silent and offering no real answers. This is easily the worst experience I’ve had with an online pharmacy. Avoid if you value professional service.

Be safe to buy form Platinum Rx.PlatinumRX is a fake site for buying medicine.
I have order medicine for 3 months for my parents almost. Once we do confirmed the order & paid them, They will deliver partial medicine. When we received partial medicine not as per bill. I send pictures of missing medicine. They will say We have send complete medicine & we cannot do anything now.

This is the way they are fooling customer.No customer support & beaware of such sites.They will not call you back once you get delivery.

These are very good SCAMMERS. Do not send money as you will just have a loss. If you got anything I would not take it as who knows what it would be. Bottom line, they do not ship, they SCAM.

FYI - I tried to use them. It was the payment service's rep that told me the receiving account has MANY scam complaints. They told me to be sure as I won't be able to get any refund and that account was close to being closed.

This app sent my parcel so fast in 2 days that even Flash would be jealous.
But when THEY sent the wrong item and I returned it on 06/12/2025…
