PMC Telecom Reviews

Always deal with Paul Hart who is knowledgeable and always goes out of his way to help us source phone equipment we need for our business.

Paul Hart was excellent, sourced what I needed and sent price etc. Very quickly where other companies failed to respond to my enquiry. Will be ordering from Paul again.

Products didn't match their description and customer service was really poor on the solutions and initiative to solve the problem.

Excellent service I ordered wrong item in error, rang up and explained, sent all relevant paperwork by email no problems at all. Very friendly and very efficient.
Would definitely recommend this company.

Bought for a 98 year old who needs a big phone that operates on a mobile sim card, while it does more than she will need it looks like it will provide what she want, programmed numbers that she can easily call and a big hand set.

Excellent company, I ordered a taxi courtesy phone from PMC TELECOM and they delivered exactly what I needed. I had initially made an error on my order (there are 3 taxi faceplate designs) and realizing this i rang them to amend my order, the guy on the phone sorted it straight away and I received the phone design I wanted. Genuine company 5 stars.

Easy to order. Arrived quickly. As described and just what I needed. Good value for money.

Always very fast to deliver (I think I got this the following day), I have ordered many times from them and I will continue to order from them.

Very helpful company. Satisfied in speed of delivery and item.

Arrived in good time, good product.

Arrived quickly and as described, very happy.

I've been a customer of PMC Telecom for about eight years. Their prices are excellent, delivery is within forty eight hours and - on the one occasion I've had to contact them for advice - their representative was very knowledgeable and helpful. I don't really bother looking elsewhere very much any more now when I need to replace equipment, there's no need when you find a supplier you can rely on. Definitely recommended.

A company that has an easy to use website, backed by a group of people who are both reachable and efficient. a rare combination

VERY prompt and efficient service. Fast turn around and very pleased with product.

I had an issue with my order which was quickly rectified.

The speakerphone arrived very quickly and has been a great success in helping to make our online meetings much more effective.

As usual, great service and value when I needed to augment some more technology for my business to continue to deliver staff H&S training but on a 'remote' basis. Would definitely recommed!
