Terrible after sales customer service
Visited the service centre 3 times within 11/2 week. Before sending in the car for maintenance my car was completely fine . perfectly normal. no complains.
First was told I need to change both front brake pads due to wear and tear.
Total service bill S$1400++
Left the car at the workshop for 11/2 day.
few days later car screeched whenever on brake. Took the car to service centre for diagnosis, was told need to change brake disc because thinning out. Was charged S$400++ waived labour charge and that should make me happy.
2 days later heard the screeching sound again brought car back to service centre again. Was told could be rear brakes causing the screeching sound.
So I asked I need to pay again? Didn't know PML after sales has turned into an extortion centre? YOU should be SHAMEFUL for using such a technique to extort money from your customers.
by resorting to bs and inacurrate diagnosis. ......and asking customer to change and pay.....
if not resolved gonna lodge a complaint with CASE for a refund....
and today is 2nd November 2016 my car is with service centre Kampong Arang.

Finally the front brake were overhaul. FREE OF CHARGE but the driver side door suffered a few paint dent. probably done intentionally
Ultimately Problem never resolved in the end and driver side door suffered minor paint dents . People pay to have the car serviced not sure why the company is so revengeful and ungrateful.....
