Great service twice from Pointless Plants now. When there was an issue with my order, they were quick to resolve it with no fuss. Plants themselves are fantastic, arrived well packaged and protected, and communications around delivery dates and times were great. Can’t recommend them enough!

Such a brilliant company. Ordering plants from these guys is always the best experience. My last order had something very minor wrong with it and when I messaged the team they were lovely and corrected it immediately. Plants are always stunning too!

Great recyclable packaging, quick delivery & really good quality. I ordered an ‘imperfect plant & pot’ at a really great price & I’m struggling to see the imperfections! Also came with a free spider plant which was super cute. Plus trees planted for every delivery….can’t recommend highly enough!

Imperfect plants are great!
I ordered a less than perfect plant and pot for myself, mainly as I wanted to see what the packaging etc is like when you send as a gift. The plant is lovely and will, I am sure, grow into a perfect plant - but what is perfect anyway? Who cares about a few imperfections - it is a living plant, unique to itself, after all! And the pot looks in mint condition to me.
Very happy with my purchase and it arrived the next day.
