Wow, what a lovely surprise to have such an efficient, professional friendly after care service! Ordering my curtain track was easy but then I realised I used the wrong measurements 😱. Johnathan P sorted everything out (corrected my mistake) with no problem or fuss, honestly a dream experience when all to often we get fobbed off, or left to navigate a complicated process. After sales service terrible
After sales service terrible. Item missing from my delivery. I rang straight away, promised missing item would be sent that day, 9 days later and following trying by phone for ages, plus sending 3 mails I was finally able to speak to another assistant who promised my missing item woukd be sent immediately. We will see.
