I purchased a car from this garage recently and dealt with Paul who gave excellent service from beginning of journey to end. Nothing was to much trouble his communication with me was timely and informative. He had answers to all my questions and did me a really old deal. Will be back for another car.

I contacted this dealership to arrange a test drive for a company car, only to be told they would not offer more than a 10-minute accompanied drive. That’s simply not sufficient when you’re expected to make a properly informed decision on a vehicle.

This dealership was recommended to me via a leasing company (Ogilvie), and I will be reporting this experience back to them directly, as it falls well below what you’d expect from an approved partner. How are you supposed to pick a car that you then required to keep for three years after 10 minutes of testing it?

As someone based locally, I had intended to use this dealership, but that clearly isn’t viable. I’m also part of a wider group of around 40 employees currently considering MG electric vehicles, and I will be advising them to avoid this dealership if they want a proper test drive before committing.

If you’re a company car driver who needs more than a token 10-minute drive to make a decision, I’d strongly suggest looking elsewhere as this dealership clearly isn’t interested.

Paul was fantastic. Has assisted us a couple of times now and his customer service is impeccable.

Paul was extremely helpful and efficient; sorted all the boring stuff and came up with a deal too good to pass up. I was looking at the MG4 Urban, but settled on a MG4 and I love it. Paul the motability expert at polesworth garage was phenomenal couldn't do enough to help me i was stuck on two cars in two different colours and he spent so long with me. Everybody at the garage was so welcoming i will be using them again for my next car. Bonus i collect my new car tomorrow thank you so much paul

Paula the sales manager was very polite, courteous knowledgeable about the car and was not pushy at all. He understood what we were asking for and it worked out very well for us.

Paul at Polesworth Garage was outstanding from start to finish and made our experience of buying a car very pleasurable. There was no pressure at any point and the test drive was arranged quickly without a representative from the garage being present so we could discuss openly as a couple what we thought before deciding to buy.
The communication was first class throughout and all paperwork was completed quickly which moved things along nicely. Upon collection of the vehicle, our little boy was made to feel very special and allowed to sit in the luxury cars which he loved. The road had flooded badly on collection day so Paul had moved the car to an adjacent forecourt away from the standing water which helped a lot and was a very nice touch.
Excellent customer service throughout the process and we would highly recommend Polesworth garage. A*

Really surprised by how MG have come on in the last few years, and wasn’t expecting to buy. Paul was so helpful, letting us test drive, which completely changed my opinion of the brand, and he sorted me a great deal. Answered all my questions promptly, showing great knowledge of the product.
