Been with policy wave for a few years now, renewal is easy enough but can be annoying as you have to just round and find a lower quote and they will match it. The service you get when you have to make a claim is excellent

the level of competance in the staff at policywave is high, they know there stuff and get the job done quickly. very helpful in all aspects of the process for what i needed. will definitely use them again when renewing time comes round.

The agent handled everything with care. The quotation was comparatively cheaper, and all documents were sent promptly after payment. Overall, the process was smooth.

Good service and price, easy to deal with

I've been insured with Policywave for the last 5 years. This year my renewal came in at a great price. I had a slight issue as I am changing address 11 days after the policy start date.
I emailed Rob the director directly to see if he could help as I didn't want to purchase and then find that the new address carried a much higher premium.
Rob replied quickly and took some details. He then passed it over to Josh who called me and talked me through everything very clearly. Excellent communication, very friendly, professional and helpful.
Easy to purchase the policy via a secure link while still on the call.
All sorted very quickly.
