It's a complete scam.Fake profiles. Those that contact you are in foreign countries. Those who send you "gifts" are also often from foreign countries and don't even reply. It's just a moneymaker - for someone else.

I joined polishhearts because it lookedd like a great way to meet singles, and on paper the idea is solid. But compared to platforms like j4l.us, where there are modern features like two way video chats and verified by passport girls, the interaction here often feels slow and not dynamic

There are definitely real people on the site, and I got a few replies that turned into decent conversations. But many profiles seem inactive or only respond once or twice, making it hard to keep a chat going or build momentum toward something more meaningful

So if you want more activity you might feel underwhelmed

I would suggest this to be some sort of scam site, none of the profiles match the real person and you are constantly bombarded with “gifts” from profiles who are uncontactable. You’ll also suddenly start to receive several hundred spam emails in your junk folder miraculously after using this site - Avoid it!

A useless site with scams. Furthermore, I think the operators of this site are trading their clients' emails, after resigning from this site I am bombarded with emails from various dating sites and portals. Total crap.

Portal jest totalna porazka. Nawet nie jest polski. Biuro miesci sie w Emiratach Arabskich. Sciaganie platnosci za konta bez wiedzy uzytkownika. Portal jest wrecz naszpikowany BOT'ami (mnostwo nieprawdziwych kont ze zdjeciami sciagnietymi z innych portali randkowych). Czesto wykorzystuje zdjecia uzytkownikow, ktorzy z niego zrezygnowali. Znalazlem kiedys konto ze zdjeciami mojej znajomej. Po poinformowaniu jej, dowiedzialem sie, ze od dawna ma konto zlikwidowane. Takze portal lamie prawo do wykorzystywania osobistego wizerunku. Jakbym mogl to bym wystawil im -5 gwiazdek. Po prostu jedno wielkie szambo! Unikac za wszelka cene i za nic nie placic. Nie dajcie sie zlapac na wedke!!

Yes I agree it's very easy to sign up for membership, simple to find someone you like, unfortunately doesn't appear to be an honest site. After reading reviews on Google it seemed I had actually found a good genuine place for chat and hoping for a relationship. So I didn't mess around I signed up for VIP and started looking, I've tried this site for just under a month, I had about ten conversations with females, unfortunately they all wanted me to leave the site and use email or WhatsApp. Obviously that's not a good idea so I checked out all of their profiles on reverse web check, and bloody hell fake Ids Again, not one genuine female, so short and sweet I've cancelled my membership, yes lost a few pounds but saved thousands. Don't do it!! Save your money time effort, look elsewhere, you've been warned.

scam service, you pay money once and they will be looking to still money all the time by setup of direct debit. they usually say you pay once and you get profile for life, but the scam is you buy service, sending many messages and nobody responding, later thanks to my bank I get informed/reminded that I have set up direct debit and then I cancelled. this happened about 2010

Ze strony technicznej nie mogę nic zarzucić. Każdy widzi jak portal wygląda a mi ta forma nie przeszkadza. Kont fakeowych jest tak samo dużo jak wszędzie. Widzę natomiast, że admin reaguje na zgłoszenia i szybko są usuwane. W umowie jest napisane że subskrypcja się przedłuża automatycznie. Wystarczy z portalu napisać wiadomość do admina o usunięcie kontynuacji subskrypcji. U mnie to zadziałało bez zarzutów. Trzeba się uzbroić w cierpliwość i da się znaleźć kogoś fajnego. Czy to będzie materiał na związek to już inna sprawa. Nie ma się co jednak zrażać i czasami samemu trzeba pewnych rzeczy doświadczyć.

Nie polecam- fałszywe stare profile zero kontaktu z administratorem w sprawie zlikwidowania subskrypcji.
Czy ktoś mi powie jak mam zakończyć subskrypcję? Napisałam już kilka e-maili z tym zapytaniem ale nikt mi nie odpowiedział.

Like many others I received smiles/kisses etc some a few times and from different faces, but when I signed up and sent them messages, no reply back- even after signing up to premium service which allows recipient to send a message back free! Avoid complete waste of time.
