statt Gabor Schuh , kam ein stinkender, billiger Plastikschuh. Sollte die Ware auf meine Kosten nach China zurückschicken. Geld hab ich nie zurückbekommen.

Absolute Frechheit.
Rücksendung nach China hab ich selber bezahlt, nach 3 Monaten kam das Paket wieder bei mir an. Wude nicht abgeholt.
Finger weg, das Geld der billigen Ware sieht man nie wieder!!!

Absolute Katastrophe. Ware aus China, nicht funktionierender Rückgabeprozess und als Kunde bleibt man auf Ware und Kosten sitzen. Besser woanders kaufen!

Ich habe mir eine Smartwatch bei denen gekauft.
Nach nur 4 Monaten funktioniete diese nicht mehr.
Auf unzählige Mails wurde mir immer geantwortet das man mir nicht helfen kann und es keine Garatie gibt.
Ich kann immer und immer schreiben immer die selbe Antwort.
Mein Geld haben diese Leute genommen und dann war Schluß.
Bitte da nichts mehr kaufen das wird man über den Tisch gezogen, der letzte Haufen.

Ich hatte mir 4 SSD Platten bestellt, welche angeblich 14 TB speichern können. Der PC zeigt auch tatsächlich 14 TB an, aber man kann maximal 130 GB speichern. Alles darüber wird zwar angezeigt, kann aber nicht geöffnet werden. Polondo-Support meinte die Platten seien wohl defekt und schickte mir tatsächlich 2, nicht 4, neue Platten zu. Aber das gleiche Problem. Ich denke, das dass keine große Platten sind und der Controller der Platte 14 TB dem PC vorgaukeln. Das macht er sehr gut. Auch Programme für Festplattenspeicher fallen darauf rein. Sehr clevere Leute in China. Jetzt ist die Aftersupportzeit von Polondo abgelaufen und man kann mir nicht mehr helfen. Es ist zu bezweifeln, dass man mir überhaupt helfen wollte. Bei der sehr langen Bearbeitungsphase spekulierte man eher damit zu verschleppen. Jetzt ist von meiner Seite nichts mehr zu machen. Sowieso drängt sich hier ein schlimmer Verdacht auf. Da die Platten nicht sehr teuer waren ist das zu verschmerzen. Ärgerlich ist es aber doch! Aber....ich hätte es mir denken können. Wie heißt es so schön...Dummheit muss bestraft werden. Ergo kann ich Polondo nicht empfehlen und rate dringend von irgendwelchen Käufen ab.

Bought a jacket back in July, nothing like the description or picture advertised on the. Polondo website (really poor quality). Asked to return which cost me £23 on top of £80 purchase price. Item has just been returned to me after 5 months.
Chinese authorities should intervene to stop them giving China commerce a bad reputation.

The Sabrina wool coat is exactly what I needed for winter. It fits perfectly and feels very soft against my skin. I love the long design because it keeps my legs warm, too. I have worn it to work every day this week.
