This company could not have been more helpful , they went out of their way to unearth a very small but vital part for me. I thoroughly recommend them.

Poole lighting have a great number of lights to choose from at a fantastic price and Yazmin was a pleasure to deal with when I had an issue. I would highly recommend.

It's always nice to speak to someone who goes above and beyond the call of duty to help you with what you need and Rick did just that! I was trying to find the same lights I had bought 20 years ago. While these are no longer available, Rick went out of his way to find something similar that would work with my existing brackets. I ordered over the phone and they arrived 2 days later. My new lights look really nice and were easy to fit. They're not the cheapest but on occasion it's worth spending a little more for a great service. Highly recommended!

As 'parent company' to Saxby Lighting they have set / permitted very low standards of 'customer care and excellence' within their offspring company. The offspring company being discriminatory towards a Time Served Qualified Electro-Opto-Mechanical Engineer of 45+ years standing, working wthin the UK (andother countries) Defence industries - just because he has retired and his licence has expired. This being the reason for not permitting 3 year warranty on a basic and simple 2 wire light installation whose skill requirements are way below the requirements of multi core, multi connector state of art engineered defence equipment. The laugh about this is that the installation instructions provided with the basic light system are, if folllowed to the letter, potentially dangerous, if not to property but also to the life of the installing Engineer. A PATHETIC company parented no doubt by a PATHETIC parent company - as offspring are taught by their parents.

Kitchen light was flickering after 10 years spoke to Neil, who was very helpful in fixing our problem.
We changed the old halogen bulbs to LED bulbs, so the transformer driver had to be changed due to the wattage output.
Part sent received and item fixed great service.

Same product as a popular homeware store at a fraction of the cost.

We were looking for some wall lights and found some that we liked from a popular homeware store, but then chanced upon the same product at less than a third of the cost as a factory second here.

Maybe we got lucky, but couldn't fault them, and couldn't see anything 'second' about them.

Got a floor light delivered. One of the bulbs was broken which they swiftly replaced just with a phone call and free of charge. Excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend.

Ordered two fabulous wall lights, slight delay in dispatch but Neil kept us up to date about delivery and stock, arrived early the next day.
An absolutely outstanding service and wonderful lights we love them .
