What an easy way to get hard to find pool supplies. We live in a rural area with limited options for most things. The single pool store in the area never stocks much, and is very expensive. Amazon has off brand stuff that I don't trust. And it's 2+ hours to metro area with a selection. Enter: poolgeek.com. Not only did they have everything I needed, but I found additional products by the company I like that I didn't even know existed. They beat their own shipping date by a day and beat the other retailers by a good 30% or more. Made me a customer overnight.

BEST prices on BAQUACIL I have found!! Ordered 3 different items and they all came as expected. Well almost that is. One of the boxes had most of the bottles upside down but I am sure that happened during shipping. This caused 2 of the bottles to leak. I sent them pictures of the issue and within 2 days, I had the replacements at no extra charge.

Staff were very helpful and I got a product that help remove algae from my pool. Shipping the product was faster then expected.

I had to order shock online because of the shortage. Pool geek was amazing!!! Great customer service and fast shipping. Would do business again with them.

I purchased two bottles of jacks magic true blue calcium remover- both bottles came empty, leaked during shipping. They refused to send new bottles.. I live in texas- we just had that freeze. Conveniently all products on website were sold out until you get on Amazon where they are selling the same products with a huge price increase. I do not trust this company one bit. Best of luck to the rest of you. Fed-ex if you happen to see this look in to it. They ship bottles with spray lid unsealed from factory

I just ordered a 40 lb. bucket of Bioguard Complete Sticks. I was worried about the sticks breaking apart during the shipping process. However, there were no problems! The shipping was fast and the sticks were all intact. I will order from Pool Geek again!

I purchased something from POOL GEEK from AMAZON. It was 3 times the amount of chemicals that I needed. When I went to return it at UPS they informed me that the mailing label from POOL GEEK did not include postage and it would cost $14.95 to send back a $42.00 items.
Your business is better done with a more reliable company than POOL GEEK!

Just started ordering from poolgeek and I’ve placed 3 orders so far and I will not order from anyone else now! This is now my “go to” for all my spa needs! this company fills my order and starts the shipping process in a matter of hours, it’s crazy we are in a pandemic! Free shipping over $50 and chemicals are easily over $50 when I order! Items arrive quickly and order has always been correct! Thanks poolgeek!!

To many unnecessary emails. Very annoying... added domain to my spam list to block.

It was my first time ordering from Poolgeek the arrival date came and went. I never received any email conformation but my credit card was billed. I contacted them by email and got a prompt apology. The box arrived today 5 days past the promised date. UPS dropped it on the front porch and as soon as I opened the door I was overwhelmed with the smell of chlorine. When I opened the cardboard box it was full of powdered chlorine. The 25 pound plastic barrel was open and so far I do not see any tablets that are not broken. It looks like the 25 pounds is about 1/4 powder. The bucket cannot be placed in the normal storage area due the the smell. I thought this would save me time and money. NOT! Plus it should only last 1/2 the time of full tablets. I can't believe UPS could do this much damage, it had to be powdered and broken prior to shipping. Never again.

I have been buying pool supplies/chemicals from PoolGeek for years. They have excellent service. My orders are shipped quickly - I usually receive them within a three days after ordering them. They always answer any questions I may have. Out of all the times I have ordered from them, I've received a wrong chemical item ONE TIME. I contacted them and they shipped out the correct item and didn't ask me to return or pay for the wrong item.

Dishonest company. They initially showed a picture of pool water hardener 25 pounds in the typical plastic containers. I ordered two 25 pound containers as pictured. They shipped two clear plastic bags of white granules with a twisty tie on each!! I returned the product and Google Express made them remove the false picture. Then I ordered 3 10 pound containers of the same product from them in plastic containers and they shipped them with some pieces of paper in the box containing the plastic containers in order to hold them in place. Of course the containers were split open and the calcium was hot and solidifying. What a joke of a company. Def not worth it. Order from a reputable company NOT poolgeeks!

I was contacted by Jacob within a day of placing my first order. He was extremely patient and helpful regarding the shipping fee. I also love that I do not have to drive 20 miles to get the products I need. I received my order within three days!
