I had been told by a pool company near me that the motor and fan that I was looking for was no longer available but they could sell me another pool heater for around $4000. I went on line and found your company and Asa Strong told me it was available and was so helpful in getting it ordered and on its way to us.

Asa opened up by saying he could sell me what I was replacing, but suggested the Gulf Coast product which saved 30%. The product came as expected and installation was fairly simple. The new unit cools better than the Pentair.

I am a homeowner who has been managing the construction and purchasing the equipment for my own pool. I found the equipment that i wanted to purchase through my own research, and then found it available for purchase at PoolHeatPumps.com. Their info was very helpful, and I ordered a Gulfstream, but then I found out the Gulfstream manufacturer had no installer recommendations for my area, and local installers would not install an unfamiliar brand. Thankfully, Poolheatpumps let me refuse the shipment and refunded me 100% of price and shipping. I bought a similarly reviewed Raypak and got a local electrician & installer easily. Just have an installer lined up in your area before buying a pool heat pump.

This was one of the best investments I have ever made. I wish I had of installed this years ago. Living in KY the weather is crazy. With this heater I can get in my pool anytime.

Easy ordering fast delivery good communication

Asa was very helpful and made the entire process easy. Delivery was fast and easy, service set it in my driveway. I installed the heat pump myself, registered the unit with the manufacturer, and it has been doing what it’s suppose to be doing for about a month or little longer now. The unit itself works great, may be slightly nosier than the Hayward it replaced, but barely noticeable. At the price point, it’s great. Cheapest I could find a comparable Hayward was around $2k more. Spoke with the Gulfstream manufacturer in Florida as well before purchasing and they were very helpful and reassuring. Can’t speak to the longevity of the unit yet, but so far I can highly recommend poolheatpumps.com and Gulfstream heat pumps.
