Pools Surplus Stores Reviews

Brilliant service and fast delivery the fleece fits perfectly and is really comfortable and warm

Pools surplus was amazing to deal with and since I am in Australia they went the extra mile to send photos of the pack they were sending and was in amazing condition as well as amazingly priced.
Postage was very reasonably priced and super quick as it arrived at my door in just over a week which is quicker than domestic Australia post. Overall an amazing experience and will be buying a lot more from them in the future.

Good service from Pools Surplus, one item ordered was not in stock so they sent an email with alternative similar items and also phoned me to check email received.

Shirt (Swedish angular cam) and cap (Danish army) as described. Very good value. They arrived promptly. There were no dramas. I like things when there are no surprises. Five stars.

Great customer service.
Supplying the customer with a great product range at a reasonable price

Fantastic service & great product highly recommended

The dispatch time was over a week, in fact I had to email them and got a short, no explanation, “it was sent this morning “ reply. The post office didn’t receive the parcel for at least another 3 days, it was delivered within 24 hours once they received it. Also one of the T shirts was not the same cammo as in the picture I ordered from, which is not the end of the world in this case but not good. I’ve spent some good money with these people over time and won’t be giving them any more of my business. 2 stars because at least it arrived eventually and was 75% the correct order.
