I have dealt with Pool Supply World for years now, and have always been satisfied with the quality of the pumps, motors ,and other misc. parts purchased from them. Having two in ground pools and a hot tub, I have a lot of equipment to maintain, so it is nice to be able to find virtually all the parts I need at one site, not to mention that the prices are comparable or better than anywhere else. Customer service was also easy to deal with. This is my go to pool & spa parts store.

Sales person was very disrespectful, making a joke that I wanted to pay more money? Ha ha, no I did not. The item I needed was on sale and was also given a coupon. He did end up giving me the coupon, but the item was no longer on sale? I should have taken my business elsewhere.

Ordered name brand replacement part and received cheap made in China generic substitute. Contacted customer service and they sent a replacement of the exact same thing. Did this a total of three times before I demanded a refund for everything and gave up.

I have ordered from them several times and always received quickly and at a good price. This last time I ordered there was a little delay in receiving and we had to get locally at a much inflated price. Needless to say I needed to return my whole order. I contacted there customer service department and they went above and beyond to help me out. I am completely satisfied and will definitely shop with them again. My go to pool place! :)

Very happy with how quickly everything was shipped. I was late on ordering but you guys managed to get everything to me so quickly I was able to finally close my pool last week. Thank you the items I ordered were good quality and the price was very very good thank you very much

I wanted OEM instead of the cheap foreign knockoffs you get on Amazon or ebay. That's the beauty of Pool Supply World. They advertise, and sell, OEM equipment. I ordered, at a good price, they shipped on time, and it got here quickly. What more can you ask?

This is the worst experience I ever had with an on line company. I purchased a filter 900.00, the web-site said delivery by 21st of September.. Well it showed up after I called a week after delivery was to suppose to happen. Customer service (that is a joke) tells me "oh we ran out of stock it will be 10 days". So my pool gets just deep green from all the deception from this company. When it did show up on the 1st of Oct.. I put it together get to the last part and it is cracked in half. I email it takes two days to return my email. They tell me to send the filter back. I try to explain on a few different times " I do not need to return, just send me that one part."
I finally just glued it together and am buying the piece myself.
THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF- Be happy to share emails with anyone.

Received my order ahead of promised time and it works great

Fast shipping, reasonable prices.

I did receive it but it was the wrong piece so had to return it. The other 2 pieces were not returnable so I lost money on those plus the $15 shipping and 15% off the price for restocking. I did not read the policy beforehand so I was disappointed.

Worst customer service ever, they will only reply on time in the morning and then radio silence. That live chat didn't work either. They also, told me they would cancel my order and 5 hours later I get a shipping notification.

I ordered the gecko 9920-100339. The part pictured on your web sight had the extended leads and the pressure switch installed. The part I received does not have the extended leads or the pressure switch. There were several sites that offered this part significantly cheaper but I chose this site so that I would have the switch and the extended leads.

Unacceptable.

The parts were half the price of our local pool store and they work great.
