Norma was great to work with she found the parts I needed for my pool lift and was able to help get them to me the next day. when installed the new parts and the lift still wasn't working correctly, she helps me trouble shot? and when got Gobal pool lift on the phone shortly we had the lift up and running this is excellent customer service

Spoke with Lillian on Friday 5/5 as I couldn’t track my delivery. She was very helpful and found out the order was not in the system.
