I have just upgraded my POP telecom, to the Fibre. I was patiently guided through the set up at my end after openreach did the work in my home. Paul was very helpful and patient with me. I recommend POP telecom very much.
Alfred was incredibly lovely and super helpful highly recommended

Ref 107730 - I was contacted by Paul who was investigating why I was experiencing performance issues and asked me to check if they had been resolved, The performance had improved and he explained the factors which govern the User’s speed expectations. He also clarified a billing issue that was corrected and advised that I the next invoice would also be wrong but the correct amount would be debited from my account.
I used them for a year and half at my prior property. Quite bumpy service, Internet would drop sometimes but overall it was bearable.
My contract was expiring and I was moving so talked to them about getting a new contract for the new place. They told me the covered the area so it was all good.
First, the start day was delayed by 5 days
Second, the engineer came and confirmed there is no socket nor BT cable to this property, so they would need to drill a hole and my landlord does not allow it.
Called them to see what to and they told me I was "opting out" so I had to honour the contract, which means I have to pay for a year contract they said they were ready to provide but they were not.
Avoid this company at all costs. This is not ethical practice.
Called up today to find out about my connection date for my broadband Alfredo was the agent who was on the phone and with in less then 3 minutes everything was explained and sorted. Good service thank you.
Cris was very helpful and sorted my question quickly.

DON'T EVER GO TO THIS COMPANY!!!
So found them online and promoted as ZERO joining / setup fee's. went through the process and had no option for a install date or time! and then next day get a INVOICE for £48 which at no point had been advised!
Called and cancelled in under 12 hours of taking out the service. confirmed TWICE it had been cancelled and NINE days later they took the £48 from my account!!
NOW i have to wait THIRTY DAYS for a refund!!
this company is a total joke and they scam you new customers as soon as you join.
AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!

Ended up paying considerably higher costs than with much better competitors like Sky for wifi that regularly dropped out or was slow, which led to complaints from guests. Customer service was absolutely dreadful. Had an incredibly rude customer service agent called Chris who tried to tak down to me about consumer law when I am professional consumer champion lol. I would honestly never recommend this company to my worst enemy and I regret ever going with them. Stick to Sky etc, worth the higher initial price.
