Wrong invoice (no VAT & no company name mentioned). Customer Support at porsche-design refuses to send me the correct invoice... Such a brand, such a shame...

Oh, and the product delivered was not the one I ordered. So also wrong product, with the explanation it is no longer available.

I have owned Porsche a design briefcase and the tech flex pens for a few years. The quality of both has been disappointing to say the least. The locks broke on the briefcase in less than a year and the pen lids became stretched and no loner fit the pens. To make maters worse i can get no response from Porsche design. I understand the compelling need to support a brand like Porsche but their product quality and service DO NOT come close to justifying the price.

If it was possible to give zero stars I would. I made an order, which I regretted and sent emails over two days trying to cancel. There is no option on the website for cancelling an order. On the first day, the person who answered the customer care line "did not have the tools to cancel the order". On the second day, 1st november, another person answered the line and she kept repeating that she couldn't help me either. It took a bit of arguing to get her to take my email so she could send me a copy of the email I asked her to send to the logistics department requesting them to cancel the order. (She originally refused to take the email claiming she might spell it wrong. I spelled it out to her, and asked her to repeat it to me). But no other action could be taken because 1. Nov, All Saints Day is a public holiday in Germany. Day 3, 2nd November, and I receive an email that the item has been sent to me. I call again to ask why the item has been shipped? And how it could happen when just the day before everyone was on holiday??? Allegedly it had already been ready for shipping. But why ship something when I have expressly asked for the order to be cancelled? And customer care could not stop the shipment, apparently the only options are to receive the item and return it, or reject the item upon delivery. What a useless bunch.

Customer Support does not exist for Porsche Design on-line sales.

I ordered 3 items, returned 2, and never received a refund or credit. I sent multiple e-mails to their "customer support" e-mail, no reply at all. The phone number goes nowhere. No one ever answers the phone, most options just tell you to call back later.

So I'm out the $700 for the items I returned.

Bought a brand new big size suitcase 2 and 1/2 years ago. In the first attempt to travel with it, tha handle was snapped in two pieces. Took it to the shop and they said it would need to be repaired at a cost since wareanty covers two years ( although they saw it was a brand new unused suitcase. Nevermind. They took it to repair it at my cost. A few weeks later they call me to tell me ‘there are no more spare parts since this model is not produced anymore. Please collect your bag from where you left it, unrepaired”!! What a ridiculous company!! Never again….

finalement sans réponse disant ce qu'ils allaient faire envoi d'étiquettes pour le retour
Nouveau questionnement de savoir ce qu'ils allaient faire: remboursement, échange.. pas de réponse
Finalement, après avoir adressé de nouveaux mails on apprend que le modèle de housse adressé ne correspond pas au modèle de valise mais vu que le délai de 1 mois est passé pas de reprise possible
On me propose de racheter une housse !!

I bought a 1700 eur chair with them. Express delivery within 48 hours. It took them 3 weeks to deliver iti. The chair was broken upon delivery, and they agreed to deliver a new one and i would return the old one. It took another 1 month. Now the old chair has been packed and ready for them to pick up in 1,5 month, and DHL cannot find the adress, then they can't call the guard, then they cannot find the adress again. Then they say the guard does not know the apartment. Loads of just stupid excuses. Now I have been looking at this stupid chair for 1,5 month and they expect me to be home every single day they are not showing up to pick up their chair. Never do business with them. Never. They are just so unprofessional and now I will throw their chair in the trash. My patience is simply up for this company.

I bought an expensive watch, waited 4 months for it to arrive only to discover that one of the dials was not working as it should.

Then I waited 7 days for the support team to get back to me. I´m still waiting for them to figure out this internally. Seriously considering a refund even though i love the watch.

Get your act together Porsche Design! This is NOT Porsche luxury brand quality in any way neither for your product nor customer service!

Changing this to 1 star after even more disappointments. What a shame of such a great brand!

Sorry, aber bei Premium Preisen sind Premium Produkte und Service/Bedienbarkeit ein absolutes MUSS

Ich habe bereits mehrere Bestellungen beim Porsche Design Onlineshop getätigt. Auch mehrere Stores habe ich bereits besucht - Die Qualität und Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter vor Ort als auch im Kundenservice online überzeugt mich!! Lieferung und Kontakt immer zuverlässig, ich bin und bleibe Fan von Porsche (Design) ❤️

Von 5 bestellten Artikeln fehlten bei Lieferung 3. Das komplette Paket wurde retourniert. Die Gutschrift für die nicht erhaltenen Artikel fehlt bis heute. Musste paypal einschalten. Für einen Premium Anbieter ein absolutes Debakel.

Excellent service, cheaper than most and tracked delivery in just over a week from Germany.

Ich habe ursprünglich 2 Kleidungsstücke gekauft - der erste Eindruck war in Ordnung und ich hatte nichts auszusetzen. Nach weniger als einem Jahr tragen (im Büro oder zu Anlässen -> keine starke Beanspruchung) haben sich bei beiden Teilen Nähte "verabschiedet" und Risse mitten im Stoff gebildet.
Beim ersten Kontakt des Supports kam nicht mal eine Rückmeldung. Im zweiten Anlauf wurde in einem zeitlichen Rahmen von 2 Monaten mit Bildern, Fragen, weiterleiten zu "Fachabteilungen" etc. entschieden das die 2 Artikel reklamiert werden dürfen und ich ein Rückversandetikett bekommen was soweit funktioniert hat - ich habe mich für Ersatz entschieden. Nach insgesamt 3 Monaten seit beginn der Reklamation wurde dann der Eingang der Waare bestätigt mit der Info, das mir das Geld in spätestens 14 Tagen auf die ursprüngliche Zahlungsweise erstattet wird - Pustekuchen (!).
Nun einen Monat später habe ich Weder Geld, noch Waare, noch antwortet der Support auf meine Nachfrage - diese wurde lediglich vor über einer Woche an die entsprechende "Fachabteilung" weitergeleitet.

Edit: In der Folgewoche wurde mir (Auf Nachfrage meinerseits) vom Telefonsupport eine Rückmeldung versprochen - Dies ist natürlich ebenfalls nicht geschehen

Extremely poor quality P-Icon polo. Customer service extremely poor, inconsiderate, and non-responsive. Purchased polo during winter holiday period 2022. Upon opening noticed a very dengy colored off-white shirt with both collar and arm elastic over-stretched and non consistent with normal body shape. Returned the shirt expecting refund but was re-buffed several weeks later. Was asked to send an email escalating the matter to manager and have heard nothing to date.

I ordered goods from Porsche Design, the price included UK 20% vat at point of purchase. My order came from Germany, DHL sent me a Customers bill to settle before they would deliver. On delivery the customs bill also included vat (ie double paid vat). DHL said Porsche paperwork issue. Porsche apologised and said they would refund the vat. Over one month later no refund and Porsche Design are ignoring my emails. Poor ordering process and Customer Service stopping me ordering from them again :(

In the year 2023, simply the worst store policy and customer service. I received an item that is clearly defective and their response was for me to ship it back for a refund despite expressing a desire for an exchange and me being a repeat customer who had spent in the past few years tens of thousands of dollars on PD merchandize. The absolute worst customer service I have EVER experienced. How hard it is to follow up on a simple minor issue.

My friends and I were once raving fans of Porsche until we actually got a chance to interact with customer care. Consistently disappointing!

The absolute worst customer service I have EVER experienced as well as a broken website that is unusable. Have purchased a few items before and was happy with the product, on my birthday I was sent a code for a discount which I decided to use to purchase a $2000 + leather jacket. The site wouldn't work, count use the code, count get in my account, couldn't reset my password. Sent several emails to them and never received an answer. Was very frustrated and called the help line, no answer, never.a callback. Sent an email stating my unhappiness twice and again no answer. It's almost like there is no one working there and they have to know the website has so many bugs it's basically unusable. As an owner of several Porsches, I am stunned that the brand I love so much would allow this to happen. They cannot be unaware of this. I am done with them. Still buy and love the cars , will buy nothing from Porsche design ever. Was going to buy a watch from them, instead off to a more reputable brand.

I ordered Christmas presents from Porsche Design in mid December as they posted on social media that they could still guarantee delivery before the 25th.

I contacted them on the 24th to ask where my delivery was and they said it was still in the warehouse and would come after Christmas.

They emailed today and said that as one of the items is out of stock they've cancelled the whole order and if I want any of the items I need to start the process again.

I've owned Porsche vehicles for the last few years and really didn't expect this from a prestige brand.

Ich kann nur davon abraten auf der Homepage etwas zu kaufen. Bestellungen sind nicht nachvollziehbar, da man keine Bestätigungsmails erhält, sowie Lieferung können auch nicht nachvollzogen werden, da weder eine Versandbestätigung kommt, noch irgendwelche Bestellnummern und Auftragsnummern. Nachdem man den Support anschreibt mit der Rechnungsnummer und das war die einzige Nummer die ich durch recherchieren über meine ausgewählte Bezahl-Option erhalten habe, bekommt man eine Antwort, "Bitte geben sie eine Auftragsnummer an, um die Bestellung nachvollziehen zu können". Wie soll man das machen, wenn man keine übermittelt bekommt, was ich auch klar formuliert hatte. Fazit, man wird einfach nur alleine gelassen, ohne wirklich eine Hilfe zu erhalten. Ich kann nur dringend davon abraten, etwas dort zu bestellen.
