My Porsche went in for a recall and as the mot was due they did that as well. We was also in talks with the sales team ready to upgrade to a new porsche.
And then the nightmare started. From the start all I was told was lies.
If you have an MOT or service hear then please be aware that if it fails then it's probably a lie. Please get a 2nd opinion. My porsche failed it's mot but I was not convinced. Got a 2nd and 3rd opinion and boom I was right. Porsche wanted to charge me over £2000 but with advisorys it was over £3000 and in actual fact the mot and parts cost £150. An absolute disgrace. I will be going to trading standards and the papers as well as seeking legal advice. This is not the 1st time either. Thankfully I grew up around cars so I know enough to know I was being robbed. Although our car is sound and fully road legal even though porsche said it wasn't I am now selling my porsche and will never buy another one.

Further more as the car had to go back for a retest John from the Porsche centre called my wife a said he doesn't want to MOT the car due to my reviews on trustpilot. After speaking with DVOSA this is not seen as common practice and I was told they couldn't do that. It just goes to show the mentality and professionalism of this centre. Sorry I hurt your feelings.

A service on my macan £957. Whilst dear generally pleased, which is why they picked up second star, however, a member of their service time tried to falsely claim I needed 4 new tyres as it was their system.

In fact he stated 1 red and 3 amber. This didn’t not correlate against the advice the OPC gave me a month ago!

Unconvinced I had the tyres checked today by 2 independent tyres specialists, both stated my rear tyres were fine!

Scam up selling.

I won’t be using this centre again and won’t be buying another Porsche!

I purchased a Porsche less than a year ago and expected a premium experience from a so-called premium brand. Instead, I’ve had one of the most disappointing customer service experiences imaginable.

Two months ago, the Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) system failed suddenly on the motorway. This is not a minor fault — it’s a serious safety concern. Since then, neither the adaptive nor standard cruise control has worked.

I took the car to Porsche for repair assuming this would be covered under warranty. Instead, I was told it was not a warranty item and that I would have to pay £935 simply for recalibration — with no guarantee it won’t fail again.

I reported the issue formally, making it clear that I considered the car not fit for purpose under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I asked Porsche GB for a refund or, at the very least, proper assurance that this was not a recurring fault.

What have I received in response? Nothing but silence. After one vague reply offering only to “explore the possibility” of a partial goodwill contribution, Porsche GB has completely ignored my follow-up emails. It has now been over 2 months without any meaningful response.

For a company that markets itself on engineering excellence and customer care, this is frankly disgraceful. I am now escalating the matter to The Motor Ombudsman and pursuing a full refund through legal and consumer protection channels.

If you are considering buying a Porsche, think very carefully. The cars may look impressive, but when something goes wrong, don’t expect Porsche GB to take responsibility or treat your concerns with the seriousness they deserve.

A premium badge should not mean premium problems — with no accountability.

Visited this dealership on recommendation, to test drive a Macan GTS. I traveled 60+ miles each way, as I expected the experience to be worth it. It was not. The dealership was untidy, chaotic, noisy. My ‘sales person’ did not stop talking throughout the test drive, and continually checked and answered his phone. On returning to the site, I was led to the furthest, darkest corner, to a desk full of dirty crockery and empty food packets. When we had completed the build for my new car, he added the £5k+ on the road new car tax and I mentioned that we needed to look at that as part of the deal, and he replied ‘it’s a government tax, who did you vote for in the last election?’. What has my political persuasion got to do with me buying a new car? Completely unprofessional and crass. He looked at my 911, and gave me a ridiculous trade in offer. He said that it would be more beneficial for him if I would finance the car, as that was more attractive to them for the commission, and I reiterated that I didn’t want finance. He said he would need to refer to his Senior Sales Manager who was on holiday in Italy, and would SPEAK to me Monday/Tuesday of the following week. I emailed over the weekend to say that I would now be keeping my 911 and to just give a cash price for the new Macan.
This morning I have had an email to say no deal would be done, in total 5 lines. No phone call. No service.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP. This is the 3rd Porsche I will have owned, and I am totally disgusted at the lack of professionalism and service. It is so sad to see this premium brand declining this way.

The centre is a wonderful modern 2
storey showroom and associated service centre, and all the staff were welcoming and friendly. The Centre is well worth a visit to peruse the magnificent cars on offer.
I would definitely recommend this OPC
to anyone thinking of purchasing a new
or approved used Porsche.

From beginning to end Porsche Silverstone gave a fantastic service. Gareth Johns was a star, experienced and helpful throughout, equally Martin and Tracey made the whole experience memorable, with so many little touches.
Thank you, it was the best experience of collecting a new car I have ever had and one that will be hard to match. Not living close to Silverstone it was an effort to get there, however after the customer care I received I will certainly be having my car services at the Porsche Silverstone branch.
I can’t speak highly enough of this branch, professional polite, and polished at every level.

I’ve been a member of the Porsche Silverstone extended family for more than 10 years. During that time I have enjoyed and benefited from great Customer support.
The welcome is always warm and real, the knowledge deep and the desire to work with the Customer genuine and heartfelt. On the odd occasion there have been problems, the starting point is for the Team to explain, ask what they can do to help and then deliver, frequently beyond expectations!
Today I purchased my fifth Porsche and was treated to a little bit of theatre and a lot of fun….. I’m not buying the most expensive cars, but always feel treated as if I am. I felt the Team had as much pleasure delivering my car as I did collecting it (well, almost as much 😀)

Aaron was amazing when I bought my 992 GTS and very personable and by far the best experience of buying a car to date, front of house team always been very welcoming and genuine.

After owning the car circa 8 months had some minor damage to the front splitter. Peter (body shop manager) and team got it back to perfect again. Excellent service all around. Would recommend.

Porsche Silverstone turned a problem I had with my Macan into the solution I wanted, quickly, easily and with a high quality of customer service.

Once the car was delivered to them the communication was excellent, the work done was entirely to my satisfaction and with the minimum of fuss. Have used a number of OPC and Silverstone are in my experience the best. Thanks again.

Although these guys are far from my local official Porsche dealer - they are without doubt, and by far the best I have come across. They have always resolved any issues, problems or blips quickly and to my satisfaction.

I have been exceptionally happy each time I have purchased a vehicle or used service. They really show up my local dealers and demonstrate how to do things right.

Silverstone make things easy and do a good job in sales or service. Well worth the extra travel time. I would recommend you give them a try.
