Very disappointed in this company ! I purchased a necklace which is a gift for my Daughter and had her 3 children’s names engraved on the necklace but when I received the necklace I was totally shocked on how very small the engraving was ! On their Webpage the image they display shows the engraving looking alot bigger and readable however what I received was nothing like that at all. I can hardly read the names. I am very disappointed.

My son ordered 2 of the same necklaces for his sister's 21st birthday in February this year by accident, he phoned and said he'd pressed 2 by mistake but customer service said it was too late even though he phoned the same day. Both necklaces snapped much to my daughter's disappointment, customer service were not interested said it must be a fault! Didn't say they would even look at it! Why would you sell faulty jewelry! Absolutely disgusted. Won't buy again or recommend.

We had amazing customer service by Jésie- answering all our questions promptly and organising a really rapid turnaround for a last minute present. Friend loved it!

Making the ring was a great and unique experience, we were able to get a private session which made the memory even better.
My only issue is with the quality of the rings. With the high price paid, my gold plated ring was exposing silver within two weeks. I had the ring sent back for re-plating, this happened again; even when following the care instructions.
Whilst this is frustrating to deal with, the customer service has been excellent. I have been emailing back and forth with 'Eleanor,' and she has been so helpful.
My ring is back at the workshop being re-plated, thanks to her help!

I have just received my order from Posh Totty and it’s beautiful - thank you so much. We have brought her a lovely personalised bracelet for her 30th birthday and hope that she will love it as much as we do!

Ring is gorgeous, but the quality is not what would be expected for the price. Reached out to their customer service team, who were very responsive, but unfortunately very unhelpful. My 3 month old ring has lots of scratches and I’ve taken such good care of it I wondered if there was an issue with the metal - only offer from PT was to pay £50 for them to polish it as “silver can develop scratches from everyday wear”. Gutted as I love their pieces but won’t risk wasting my money again 😔

After having been a Posh Totty customer for many years, I splashed out on a £100+ 9ct gold necklace which I was very excited about, and I would never normally spend this much on jewellery. Within weeks of it arriving the chain snapped, and it has snapped multiple times since. I've spent a lot of money on repairs, and it has broken again a couple of weeks ago. I emailed PT and they weren't interested, said it was out of warranty so there was nothing they could do. Extremely disappointed with how this has been handled, I didn't expect to spend so much money on something for it to continuously keep breaking and am now going to have to throw it away. I won't be buying from here again

Amazing customer service. Extremely responsive and came up with the best solution I was after. Nothing was too much and met with such friendly service. Cannot recommend enough!

This is the third time I have purchased something from this company and their service is 100%. When you email them you get a reply back straight away with your answer and they are so helpful in everything they do. They go above and beyond to help you with your order. Jesie was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her to sort out for me and I was very grateful for all her help.

I bought a sterling mean textured indented finish for my father it's not textured looks half finished I've asked for a refund or put the bracelet correct there is no hall Mark on the bracelet and they are not getting back to me wen I was placing the order over the phone the lady wasn't to friendly either so I have my doubts about this company I'm a skilled metal fabricator as my father I no a little about metal I'm disappointed

Absolutely delighted with my purchase!

I recently bought a sterling silver chain and couldn't be happier. The quality is excellent and it has a beautiful handcrafted feel to it. What I love most is that it doesn't have the overly polished, mass-produced look that many chains have nowadays. Instead, it has a more natural silver finish with subtle darker tones in the links, giving it real character and a unique artisanal appearance.

It's clear that care and craftsmanship go into these pieces. Knowing that the jewellery is made by a local independent workshop makes it even more special.

If you're looking for something authentic, beautifully made, and different from the usual high-street jewellery, I highly recommend Posh Totty Designs. I'll definitely be purchasing from them again!

We ordered a ring, had the size corrected and received it mid November. The gold plating completely gone in a matter of months. Very disappointing. Customer service advised £25 cost to re-plate as it was outside the three month warranty period. Beware, any jewellery company that only warrants it's gold plating for three months is indicative of the confidence they have in the quality of their products and plating process. Why would anyone pay £25 plus mailing costs for them to do this again!

Highly recommend this business. Jesie in customer services was amazing. She helped me quickly and efficiently with a query I had regarding my order and was very pleasant to deal with. I will definitely buy from this shop again based on this experience.
