Very pleased with my purchases and response from customer services. Products are well made and give excellent support. However, whilst my order was dispatched very quickly, FedEx were a nightmare!
Since request was made after DSE risk assessment the whole process took less than 2 weeks to have someone come out and assess my workstation until delivery of item. I am awaiting Email to book appoint... Toon meer

Quick dispatch, quality item
The desk converter was dispatched straight away (faster than the 2 days the website indicated).
It's not out of the box yet but this is the second one we've ordered because the first was high quality and suitable so we're getting the same now another employee requires one.

Delivery time promise not met, wrong delivery information given, too many staff members involved so confusion, chair delivered with no assistance in setting up.

I'm happy with chair. It is very comfortable. Although Delivery was delayed but they apologised for the delay. The reason for not given a 5 stars is because the chairs has no head/neck rest.

From having the video call to confirm the fault and your engineer confirming part availability and then proceeding to order the part which arrived on the 03/07. To booking the engineer to come and fix my chair the process was seamless and a pleasure
