Très belle qualité !!
Cependant si je puis me permettre j’ai longuement hésité entre taille « petite » et taille « grande » car il n’y a aucun détail de mesure sur votre site… dommage….
Mais heureusement pour moi j’ai choisi la bonne taille !!!!

Offert en cadeau. Les sacs offrent un bon rapport qualité prix. Livraison rapide et trés beau emballage.

Le sac est très joli mais je l’imaginais un peu plus grand. Quant aux anses, elles ne sont pas assez grandes pour un porté épaule le sac ne tient pas sur l’épaule, c’est dommage.

Très bonne expérience avec ma première commande sur le site de Pourchet Paris.
Réception plutôt rapide, emballage nickel, et la qualité des articles est une belle surprise. J'ai fait l'achat du trotteur Petit Sèvres et d'un porte-cartes, j'en suis ravie.
Unique petit bémol, les fiches descriptives des articles sur le site, selon moi, devraient donner d'avantage de détails afin de faciliter les achats.

The website is good. Love the colors offered in the handbags. Beautifully packaged and quickly delivered. I like the handbag, especially the amande color. The only thing I don’t like is the zipper. It is very difficult to open and close as it tucks into the sides of the bag. So I leave it open most of the time. But don’t like the look of the zipper showing.

Hello, I am very unhappy with the customer service regarding my defective wallet. My orange wallet from my previous order came in effective. Defective meaning that when I opened the wallet, the snap came off from the wallet right away, and therefore, I cannot closed San Diego,it again. I have contacted customer service regarding the defective order, I was told to send my wallet back for a repair. I have asked questions if I need to pay for the shipping fee for repair and how long it will take for a repair, I did not get any answer. I just want to have a new wallet replaced. I do not need to have it repaired. I do not want to spend extra money for shipping the product back since the product is already defective. I hope to resolve this problem quickly.

This is my second purchase from Pourchet. The quality is outstanding and the unique but practical designs are a wonderful addition to any outfit.

I purchased two items, once I received i realized they were too small. I contacted the company for a return authorization for which they gave me. I promptly shipped box back to France. The box arrived and sat at the shipping company warehouse for a week due to Pourchet had to pay a fee to obtain the items. I contacted the company informed of what was going on, was guaranteed that it would be taken care of. The shipping company tried to deliver 3 more times and every time Pourchet refused the box.
I called the office of Maison Pourchet they refused to speak to me told me I must only communicate via email.
So, I emailed, they have completely ghosted me and I have not received a refund. I have contacted PayPal and they are trying to getvmy money back but, was told it could take up to 75 days and I possibly won't still get my refund.
I would not recommend purchasing from this company if you live outside of the country of France you will get screwed.

Enchantée de mon nouveau sac! L’expérience sur le site était parfaite. Facile à naviguer et pour choisir le sac de mon choix. Habitant au Canada, la livraison a été un peu longue et les frais de douanes n’avaient pas été mentionnés. Donc petite surprise/déception à ce niveau quand DHL a fait parvenir la facture à débourser afin de recevoir mon sac. Sinon, comme courrier, DHL est très bien et leur service très efficace.

Produit de grande qualité commandé en ligne, arrivé rapidement sans frais supplémentaire dans un emballage très résistant et avec une très belle présentation du produit

Love the wave bag from pourchet the packaging is so gorgeous. Will buy again from your website although the tax is pretty high to Singapore but it is worth it.

Sac Intemporel 120 ans qui s’abime après seulement quelques utilisation : le revêtement doré du fermoir s’enlève. Enfin, le fermoir a fini par casser, je ne peux plus du tout le fermer (il est importable en l’état puisque complètement béant lorsqu’on le porte sans le fermer)
J’ai écrit par le biais sur site il y a 10jours, photos à l’appui aucune réponse du service client.
Pas sérieux du tout. Je suis écœurée.
