After a delay in delivery, which I was told about because it was out of stock.The rock bubbler water feature arrived. It's larger than expected but very pleased with the product ,so easy to set-up and the instructions are easy to follow, looks so good in the garden.

I love these fairy lights. They are nice and bright from dusk through the night. They seem reliable. Test will be in winter and longevity unknown yet. For now, they seem great!

I would avoid this company entirely.

I ordered these lights as a gift, but they never arrived. After contacting customer service, I explained the situation and was assured a replacement would be sent. Unfortunately, that never arrived either.

At this point I’ve been left without the product, without the gift I had planned to give, and without any confidence that this company fulfils its orders or honours its promises.

Mistakes can happen with any business, but what matters is how they’re put right. In this case, I was given assurances that simply weren’t followed through. Extremely disappointing and a complete waste of time.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend buying from this company.

Ordered a 12v pump, in the details it clearly stated that the outlet connects directly to a 12mm pipe, it does not. Contacted customer services who said they would send out an adapter free of charge. After a week with no adapter I contacted customer services again and was informed that they had changed their minds and were not going to help.

The customer service is non existent, despite emailing and trying to phone for advice nobody got back to me. I wanted some information to make a further purchase. The item I did order initially was delivered quickly, which was good. Not impressed with the lack of communication.

I used your web form and left my email on your answer phone, which is never manned.
After your reply I emailed on the 3rd July to the email you suggested and I am still waiting for a reply.

Exactly as described, arrived quickly and was a good price.

I recently purchased a £300 + soar panel pond pump with pond filter. Firstly it had no hoses or clips when arrived. On contact they said you have to buy your own. Also the pump filters need cleaning regularly which is normal but eventually it’s recommended you replace them with new ones due to the old ones lose their elasticity rendering them useless. The filters it came with are bespoke and cannot be purchased in shops or online due to their thickness which is 70MM. I contacted power bee so they could send me replacement for future use when the old lose their life. Again they said we don’t supply them and they last years which is total rubbish. Due to their bespoke size you can’t purchase them anywhere unless you buy a whole new filter box from them which is expensive but there is nothing wrong with box it’s the filters need replacing. Their customer service are no help whatsoever. Shame because great product but you can’t buy spares when a full maintenance is needed. Just be careful when buying there solar pond pump kit with filter as it’s not possible to buy parts or filters. I’m absolutely disgusted with them. Their kit is so bespoke you can’t buy replacements and power bee don’t supply. I have now got to buy a pond filter again from someone where they do spare filters after sales. Fuming 😡 you have just replied. Who are you trying to kid. Your filters are 70MM thick. I have visited 11 stores all of which say it’s a bespoke filter and go back to your supplier. Nobody sell that size thickness sponge anywhere. It’s a load of tosh saying they last many years. Fact is that is not true. So your trying to say 11 pond and aquatics centers are wrong ? You say you are there to help anytime. How does that work then ? I asked for help I each time you say we can’t help. Get your head around that one. I’m going to get electric down the garden because then there will not be a problem with parts. I also asked your customer service what size is the fuse in the battery. Guess the answer yes we don’t know. Stop replying and trying to make a case your there to help. Because you can’t. Your solar pond kits don’t have access to spares. This is going to be a problem to anyone who buys one. Also the pump is not adjustable meaning the water is moving to fast through your uv to make a difference. It has many faults my friend. It’s all character building. If you can’t take criticism your in the wrong game. If you can’t send me two of the 70 mm 28cm x 28cm filters exactly same as those you supplied in the filter box I will be happy to remove this review. There Im asking for you to help so please help. I’m a 60yr old double upper limb amputee. I purchased from you so please supply filters. I’ve tried everywhere and nobody supplies the 70MM thick sponges like yours. They are bespoke and fit perfectly in your filter box as that’s the way it’s been designed. Please could you send me out 2 of your bespoke filters. Thank you.

Ordered product that wasn’t as described. Returned in original packaging only to have a £5 charge because it was damaged!!! Surely that is a carrier issue…. If it came to me ok it should be ok to be returned!!!
Very poor customer support.

If only all companies had the level of customer service that PowerBee provides, the world would be a much happier place. I can’t speak highly enough of them. A water feature that I had only purchased under a year ago stopped working, the company I had purchased it from had gone into receivership. After approaching several different companies and not getting anywhere I thankfully come across PowerBee. From the 1st enquiry I could tell they genuinely care about their customers. I was given fantastic guidance and help and just 2 days later was in receipt of the parts needed to get my lovely water feature working again. Thanks PowerBee, keep doing what you do, you’re brilliant.

Do not use this company. My solar pump was faulty from delivery. They get you to jump through hoops before returning the item at your own cost. This is to spin the time out and is a deliberate ploy. Then delay the return so that 30 days are up. Will not speak on the phone at and will not refund money either .

Powerbee support were great and came back to me swiftly with their recommendations for my setup. Purchased a Powerbee solar panel system for my cascading water feature as a replacement to the one that came with the feature, but had broken. Powerbee system was easy to set up, great instructions and is working better than the sytem it replaced.

I bought a new pump for my pond it came really quickly and is fabulous very efficient
I contacted customer service with a query and got the perfect response in less than an hour

Product arrived within a day, item is great, works even if not in full sun, obviously not as strong as when in sunlight but for solar very good and my toddler son loves the ducks.

Given troubleshooting advice. Reported back still not working. Given same advice x2 before I was asked to post pump and panel back to company at a cost to me so that they could check it
The pump is clearly broken and the are stalling in sending a replacement
I have now had feature in garden for 6 weeks without it working
