I'm a return customer to POWERSLIDE due to their excellent customer service and great deals. Brad and Dale have always been great with me hence i am a returning customer. Picked up my GSX-S1000 up on 02/06/2023, a deal that was too good to miss!!

went to look at a second hand Bike with low mileage that I was very interested in, sales person asked if he could help I told him which bike I was interested in he gave me some details about the bike and why it was so low miles, he asked if I had a part exchange I gave him the details of my bike and straight away he said I don’t want it I’ve got three of those in and cant sell them, he then told me he found it difficult to sell other makes of bike that were not part of his franchise.

After some discussion he asked what I wanted for my bike I gave him a figure he then came back with an offer £2000 less than what I wanted, even though he had the same bike on sale at £1000 more than I was asking.

After asking for the HP price with his offer on my Bike and the monthly cost was more than I wanted to pay, and feeling a bit deflated I said I would leave it.

But I really liked the bike I had been to see, but had never ridden that make / model of bike. I’m in my 50s so its important to me to have something that I feel is comfortable, so I returned later the same day to ask if we could do a different deal on a PCP which was much more favourable great I thought that would work even though I wasn’t overly happy with the price offered for my bike, I then asked about a test ride to which I was told they don’t allow test rides as they would have to adjust the advert to reflect the mileage and they had 2 people crash bikes in the past 14 months so they no longer allow test rides on used bikes. At that point I gave up and walked away.

So, sorry Powerslide, I wasn’t impressed with your customer service compared to other dealers.

just collected my gsxs 1000 gt from powerslide 17th March 2023 and would like to say how easy and professional the buying experience was with this company from start to finish ,Great communications with Dale at Stoke-on-Trent always available to answer any queries and transferred the bike to Derby for easy pick up location and met with great friendly helpful staff and all for what I think is possibly the best price in the UK
so to sum up yes these guys get five stars and if Im in the market for another new bike I will definitely give them the first look

I've used powerslide motorcycles services quite a few times now, if I've had a problem with my bike, I've phoned them and asked to bring it in for them to have a look at it for me, every time they've gone through the problem and advised me what to try to solve the problem, and if these things don't work, then bring it in, their advice was excellent and on most occasions I didn't need to take the bike in, I've never known any other dealers who do this, normally they'll say bring it down and we'll have a look at it, I've recently had a puncture on the rear tyre of my scooter and they quoted me a figure to fit a new tyre , The price was excellent, the service was first class, and when I went to collect the scooter the bill came to £12-50 less than quoted, I was absolutely delighted, what a great company!!!👍👍

Just received my new suzuki V-Strom 650 XT today great company to buy from excellent prices bought my bike with out seeing it totally trustworthy frendly and quality company thanks Dale

Single most amazing dealership experience I have encountered. I felt like a celebrity start to finish on my first purchase and have been back over and over since. I’ve just purchased my 4th GSXR from them in 4 years and will continue to use them.

I live 2 hours away but if there’s ever an issue I’ve had a bike collected from my house and delivered back. They have gone over and above at every opportunity.

VOID -AVOID

Very friendly and smooth-talking owner and his right-hand man with a single mechanic.
Bought a new bike with accessories, tax, warranty etc.
After payment the communication went quiet and I had to chase delivery after 6 weeks.
Apparently, the dealer wanted me to back out.
The bike was delivered unregistered, untaxed and without any of the bought accessories.
Only after getting Suzuki and Ombudsman involved things were on “back-order”.
I live far away and that did allow them to mess me around. So many lies.
Don’t be fooled by the Suzuki Dealer awards they flaunt, it does not mean anything,
Suzuki lost market share in the North and anyone with 50K could get a dealership with disappointing consequences for me. Worst buying experience ever.

We are now happy Honda customers. What a world of difference!
