The difference is amazing!…
This was the first time the windows have been cleaned for around a year as we bought the property, then empty, in August 2025. Since then we have had a lot of work done on the house creating a lot of dust which decended on all the windows. Following your clean the result is stark and has made an incredible difference and we are thrilled to be able to look through sparklingly clean glass!

Excellent first impressions
Excellent first impressions. Really simple to connect and book first clean. Communication clear and helpful. Preen and clean came as promised and did a great job. Windows cleaned, gate shut ! Even came with a promise to redo if windows were streaky - but no revisit needed. Several options to pay - I did it with Apple Pay with a few clicks on my phone. Happy, happy!

The booking process was easy and…
The booking process was easy and straight forward. I did it end of December to book in for January. I got confirmation straight away when booked and then a text message the day before confirming when the service will be provided.
The gentleman came and did a fabulous job and then I got a message a few hours after with an invoice to pay via Apple Pay or through bank transfer. And then a receipt of payment once paid.
Easy , straightforward, great value for money highly recommend the company.

Substandard to no cleaning at all - but still billed!
I didn’t think the service could actually get worse - but it did!
The latest visit occurred whilst I was out on a short dog walk, got back 10mins after receiving the invoice text to a house that had NO CLEANING.
No water marks around property, no droplets in any window, dirt and marks still visible.
The previous visit I was at home and although they got out the van and attempted a “clean”, a quick one wipe on all the downstairs windows (not even the back full glass door) with no suds was applied and no scrubbing. The cleaner obviously thought nobody was home, but I was watching.
It took weeks for a response via text and email that time. At least time time a lovely lady in the phone wavered the charge for the second time and cancelled my subscription.
This service used to be great, but of late it’s been appalling. Beware - you run a risk of being charged for minimal or no cleaning.

This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we appreciate you taking the time to raise your concerns. We would like to provide further clarification following a full internal investigation.
We clean both 37 Olive Grove and 30 Olive Walk. This visit was the technician’s first time working in this area, and an address error occurred. The technician correctly visited 37 Olive Grove (and could only perform a front only clean due to a locked gate) but did not attend Olive Walk. Instead, 30 Olive Grove, which is directly opposite, was mistakenly cleaned in error.
Our tracking system shows the vehicle arrived at 11:15 and left at 11:33, a total of 18 minutes, which aligns with the work completed at 37 Olive Grove. When contacted, the technician immediately confirmed that two properties had been cleaned, highlighting that this was a genuine addressing mistake rather than an intentional failure to attend the street.
We fully acknowledge that 30 Olive Walk was not cleaned, and for that reason the charge was immediately waived. We understand how frustrating this was and apologise for the inconvenience caused.
A senior member of our team has been attempting to make contact to discuss this further, respond to the wider concerns raised, and ensure everything is fully addressed.
We take feedback seriously and have since taken steps to strengthen address verification on new routes to help prevent this from happening again. Kind Regards, Preen & Clean

It was easy to set up
It was easy to set up, the texts help to remind you when they are coming, it means no big bills as the online set up is efficient and easy to do.

Windows were still dirty...
Windows were still dirty even after second visit, attempts to complain has netted no response and it appears respond they have the respond to message feature turned off.

I went to my garden bin and the window…
I went to my garden bin and the window cleaner came and went before I could get back indoors so how could he clean in that time but still charged and company demanding final payment is made even after the cancellation of the contract which had been in place quite some time now and don’t seem to keen to listen to complaints just want paying for my porch covered with water marks and a dirty lounge window bedroom one appeared better but it’s expensive as well. Can’t remember fact date but this month.

My windows were never clean
My windows were never clean, I left a review on Google and was advised yo contact someone and they will get back to me. I emailed on the 22nd December confirming all of my details.... still nothing.
Customer service is just dreadful. Family run businesses are usually more reliable. Very disappointed
