DO NOT BOOK THEM. I have never experienced such horrible customer service and disrespect consumer. I was apart of a bachelorette weekend and we booked a pink limo weeks in advance paid in full, and we all dressed up in pink for the occasion. 45 min before the limo was supposed to arrive, the company called and said the pink limo was having air conditioning issues and they would be sending a black one instead. When we asked to speak to management about being accommodated they said management was out because it was past business hours (4:15pm), was very combative, unapologetic and then hung up on the bride. I called back myself to again ask what our options were as far as getting a discount for being notified so last minute and how long a refund would take if we wanted to cancel and find a pink limo elsewhere. The gentleman was at first very friendly and offered 10% off. He put us on hold to approve it and came back and said, and I quote, “are yall going to keep calling back all night asking the same questions?” I was in shock at the attitude change and the rude demeanor. He also said that they canceled the pink limo for another customer the day before and “they didn’t take it how yall are taking it.” As if our disappointment was invalid. By the time we went back and forth and asked to cancel because of the rude customer service, he said canceling was no longer an option because the driver was on the way so we were going to be charged. We asked for a receipt to confirm we would get the 10% off, which he explained was actually $40, not 10% of our $500 total, he said they don’t send those type of emails out. He then proceeded to say he had other people in the queue and hung up on us. We had no choice but to take the black limo which had its own AC issues! The driver was at least nice because none of this had anything to do with him. But I will never forget the way we were treated and hope nobody ever books with them again!
