This was my second acquisition from Prestons at Victoria Gate, Leeds, and once again, the team exceeded every expectation. From the moment I was greeted at the entrance to the refined atmosphere of the private consultation room, the entire process was handled with an impeccable level of grace and professionalism.
Chris, Shannon, Caitlin and the rest of the team are a credit to the boutique. They understand that purchasing a Rolex isn't just a transaction; it’s a special moment in life to celebrate. I was particularly touched by the attention to detail—even my dietary requirements were attended to, and the soya hot chocolate was a delightful, thoughtful touch.
There was zero pressure throughout the whole experience, only genuine passion for horology and a commitment to world-class service. It is clear that Mr. Massey has cultivated a phenomenal team in Leeds. I am already looking forward to the next step in my journey with Chris and the rest of the staff.

I was introduced to Preston Guilford boutique through a friend’s recommendation, and over the past two years I have also referred many colleagues and friends here to purchase jewellery and watches. Their jewellery is beautifully crafted and fairly priced, which is why I became a loyal customer.
Within two years, I purchased good models of Rolex and jewellery from the boutique. In May last year, I ordered a sapphire ring for my wife and expressed my strong interest in a GMT model. I was told clearly, in a written message, “I can get you next month.” Based on that assurance, I waited in good faith.
Nearly a year has now passed, and I have received neither the watch nor any proactive communication, update, or follow-up. What is most disappointing is not the waiting itself — I understand allocations can be unpredictable — but being given a clear timeframe and then hearing nothing afterwards.
I genuinely used to enjoy the atmosphere of this boutique. The team was professional, passionate, and always welcoming. That positive experience is exactly why I supported the store and recommended it to others. It is therefore particularly disheartening to see this situation handled in such a way.
I truly hope communication and expectation management can be improved, as this shop has strong products and real potential.
I am also a local business owner myself, and I believe no business should treat customers this way.

Finally being in a position to purchase my first Rolex, I contacted my nearest authorised dealer Prestons Victoria quarter Leeds by email to register my interest. Shannon was very helpful and although I was unable to register for my initial choice, she did suggest 2 similar alternatives. I was very taken with the Rolex Explorer and was offered an appointment to come in and view. The staff were very welcoming, and sales assistant Connor Ballantyne was very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. He showed me a couple of options and having decided that the Explorer was a perfect choice for me, he explained every aspect of the watch in detail. The whole process was a relaxed and enjoyable experience. Amazingly the watch was available instantly so I made my purchase and after a glass of champagne to celebrate, I left the store grinning ear to ear. I would say this was probably the best customer service experience that I have ever had! One week from my initial enquiry to having the watch on my wrist! Thank you Prestons

I Thought it was about time I visited my local Rolex dealers to try and buy a new Rolex.
What a great experience I had, I was welcomed in and the staff were very patient, Im not a easy customer, and would you believe it I walked out with the very watch I wanted to purchase a Datejust, on a Jubilee bracelet with the white gold fluted Bezel.

This was my second visit to Rolex Prestons Leeds in two months. I always find Prestons to be a warm, welcoming and relaxed environment. All the staff from the moment you arrive in store make you feel welcome. My sales assistant as usuall was Caitlan, her attention to detail and professionalism is second to none and has a true passion for the timepieces on display. My experience purchasing my second Rolex here was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me warmly and treated me with genuine care and professionalism. Especially Jacob who took care of me he was patient, attentive, and full of knowledge. The most important thing was on the day my son who is on the autism spectrum was with me, in the past I have come across a lot of professionals whilst being with my son, however Jacob was excellent with him the way he spoke to him and treated him solidified my decision that I will never go anywhere but Preston’s and not deal with anyone but Jacob.
What also stood out was the personal touch, Jacob remembered my preferences what buying this watch meant to me and made the whole process feel truly special. The presentation of the watch was elegant, and the purchase process was seamless.
I’m absolutely thrilled with my Rolex and deeply appreciate the exceptional service I received. I would highly recommend this boutique, especially if u want to be treated like royalty! Jacob is a massive asset to Preston’s Leeds and I hope to see him again very soon.

This Rolex boutique in Leeds has to be the best for customer service in the UK. We have been long standing customers with them and always been impressed with the quality of the customer service from all the staff. In particular Sam, Steven and Andrew. They have been an absolute pleasure to do business with making our purchases and servicing of our watches just such a wonderful experience. Last month we picked up a new GMT which is just an outstanding piece of craftsmanship and today we collected our serviced day date. All of previous serviced watches have come back immaculate and to precise perfection and the day date was no exception. We are thoroughly impressed. The whole store is staffed with genuine people who are enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the products and always make us feel so welcome. We highly recommend this boutique and anyone considering purchasing a Rolex or requiring a service should make this their first port of call.

This is a late review as I have only just back from holiday
I was waiting for goldsmiths to source me a Rolex root beer since 2022 with no luck as soon as I met Matt at the Wilmslow branch at the end of November he could see that I had been waiting a long time and took it on himself to try his hardest and within 2 weeks I had the watch this is a family run business that do discriminate between the rich famous or just your ordinary people

Whilst I already own a couple of Swiss watches, this was my first time buying a Rolex. Having read some horror stories online about dealing with ADs, I can honestly say the whole experience was seamless. I dealt with James in the Wilmslow Branch and from initial enquiry through to purchase, I was dealt with in an extremely friendly and professional manner. I have just had one of the most exciting experiences of my life, honestly except marrying my Wife and the birth of my 2 sons todays was awesome. The whole experience, from how welcoming John Wearden made me feel, all the way through the selection process to the final fitting of the watch I’d chosen and the purchase.
I was literally shaking throughout, I dreamt of owning a Rolex for a long time, all you hear is how AD’s don’t want to sell them to the ordinary guy, but from my experience today I can’t say anything but praise. Maybe I was Lucky that I got John but I think it’s also Preston’s and their amazing philosophy.
I am now a proud owner of a very beautiful Rolex Explorer II.
I’ve a feeling it’s not going to be my only 1 😂

Having been a family customer of the Preston’s Bolton store for many years in which we enjoyed a respected and valued relationship , we were extremely disappointed to see the Bolton store close with all the clients supposedly being passed onto the Wilmslow store for future business. Despite conversations with Mr Massey and John Critchlow and assurances that customers from Bolton would be looked after this is sadly not the case. They have acted in a totally unprofessional manner with the Assistant Manager a Mr Abbot today saying “ you have not been offered any watches from us because you had a lot from Bolton” - REALLY !!!! 💩
The Bolton store closed in 2018 and since this date the customer service and conversations have been more than disappointing. For future customers I would strongly think twice in dealing with a business that treats customers in this manner. They do not deserve to hold the luxury franchises they hold and I await feedback from Rolex and Co to obtain their opinion on treating customers fairly and respectfully.
