Where do I even start?! Planning a hen party is stressful enough without trying to wrangle a group of 15 women into agreeing on anything — but Pretty Intricate made it feel like a breeze.

Everything was organised in one place, the group payment page was a LIFESAVER, and the customer service was genuinely some of the best I've experienced.

They clearly care about making your trip special, not just taking your money. The value for money blew us all away, too. Ibiza hen parties don't have to break the bank — Pretty Intricate is proof of that. Highly, highly recommend! 🥂🌴

We just booked an incredible boat trip that totally exceeded our expectations! We secured our spot by paying half upfront online we were given a link which we could share amongst friends so they could individually pay their deposit which made everything so much easier. The rest was paid cash on the day we were collected from our meeting spot from the port. once paid we were taken to our boat, and let me tell you, it was worth every penny. For four hours, we were treated to an unforgettable day on the water, complete with refreshing drinks like sangria, white wine, and beers, plus a spread of snacks and fresh fruit.

What’s even better? We were allowed to bring our own food and drinks onboard at no extra cost, I personally didn’t touch any of the drink or food I brought as enough was provided!!. The captain and his crew were absolute gems, going above and beyond to make sure we had the best time possible.

With a group of 30, there was more than enough room to lounge, relax, and soak up the sun on both the front and back of the boat. We could play our own music and were taken to breathtaking locations for swimming. We also had full access to kayaks, snorkels, and paddleboards, making our adventure even more exciting!

I can’t recommend Pretty Intricate Ibiza enough. Thank you for an amazing day! I can't wait to book again!

They were really rude to me when my purchase didn’t arrive, and blocked my account instead of helping to refund my money. I’ve never had a company be rude to me before it was really unnecessary

The company is fraudulent. They sold me a fake dress that never arrived, then they wouldn’t refund my money. I had to open a dispute with my bank and claim fraud in order to get my money back. Please be careful with these scammers!

A SCAM OF A COMPANY! There’s a reason they don’t respond to negative reviews. I have been working with this company since January, when I reached out to inquire about some services for a birthday. In the beginning they were responsive and available, but responses usually came days later after I had to message them again to get a response. We had agreed upon, a bartender and a private boat for one day and a party bus for another day. When the representative drafted up the quote for me there was an activity on there that I had asked about but did not want nor need services for. Millie the representative I was working with said she would update it, but it took months of me reaching out in WhatsApp to even get that somewhat updated with the correct information. I asked about having the booking link updated on Feb 20. On Feb 22nd I got a response that “Hello, yes let me check on that for you with your ambassador!Should be alright & I’ll get them to update your booking page” Nothing was ever updated, so I reached out again March 19th, asking again for an updated invoice with the correct number of guests and the correct activities and how future payments will go since I was told to make a deposit in February and another at the end of February but I was never given a payment schedule nor any details …I got no response so I reached out again on March 21st, “Hi! Again reaching back out to receive an updated invoice and payment schedule for my event in July!” I was met again with a generic response and no one able to answer my questions. The response was “Hello, we will be in touch soon with all of the information for you and the page will also be updated. Millie” …. As you can guess the page was never updated and I never received any details about payments or which companies I would be working with. April 7th, “Hi! I hope this message finds you well, was reaching back out to see when I could have an updated price list and payment schedule so I can pass that information to my guests in a timely fashion so we are not blindsided by the cost when we get there, Is it possible to get that information and the page updated this week?” The response was, “Hi Tianna, no worries at all, will get that sent over this week for you” ….. they never got back to me that week so I reached out again on April 14th. “Good morning! I hope all is well, I had asked if it was possible to receive a total price with due dates and an updated web page and was told it would be completed by last week. It still has not been updated and I still don’t have a final price. Can I please have those details today” no response, so two days later I tried calling, no response, I reached out by email, Facebook and instagram and no response. I let them know how I felt on April 16th in a WhatsApp message stating: “ Hi! I’m pretty dissatisfied and disappointed with the lack of communication. I would just like my page updated and the final cost and details of my activities. Again I was promised I would receive all this information last week and I have been ignored pretty much through out this whole process.” This message was again ignored, but an hour later after I sent it, I received a call from someone named Jordana who worked for Pretty Intricate and said she would be my new point of contact and not to worry, she would work on getting the page updated for me and correct the down deposit per person as when we spoke initially in January it was £27 per person. She stated the reason I wasn’t getting information on which companies would be used or any times is because nothing had been booked because all 5 people didn’t pay the deposit. I let her know fine, I will get the deposit paid for the other parties but it will be in a few weeks. I did get a bit of reassurance after that call but again, was met with the horror of being ignored and left in the dark. I paid another deposit of £111 to cover the deposit cost of my 4 guest on May 9th. I messaged them on WhatsApp as well as Jordana, letting them know I had paid the deposit amount and was hopeful I would get a response answering all my questions and putting my worries at ease as we’re now close to months out to my event. At this time I should know which vendors were using, what time they’re coming? What time and where to meet the boat? What drink menu would you like. And I got none of that, the purpose of this company is to put your mind at ease and they’ve been nothing but a nightmare. I got no response until May 12th only after I again had reached out by email, Instagram, called 6 times and was ignored and only received a response after i threatened to dispute the charges for fraud and scamming. I then got a response of “everything is provisionally booked for you” and the kicker response “If you’d like to change your itinerary just let us know and we will action as soon as possible” which is not true, I requested a refund and was ignored. Going to dispute!

We did a bottomless brunch and then went on a chilled boat trip. It was nice and quiet with lots of space and perfect for our family, the kids loved it!! We would have spent so much more money if we didn’t book with pretty intricate. There was no stress or hassle it was all sorted for us ahead of time we just had to turn up. Would definitely book again and recommend booking with this company they were really helpful. 10/10 🫶🏼🥂

Absolutely legendary. A few of the lads where going to the wayside from our stag do for obvious budget considerations in Ibz before getting everything organised by James and Hannah.

As a best man the group booking page was a blessing, overall costs were worked out as affordable for everyone.

Don’t usually take time to leave reviews, but the team really deserves it. Thanks again for everything 👌🏻

Second year heading to ibz with the team looking after us and they smashed it out the park again. Literally above and beyond… The team where great, everywhere we turned up was ready and waiting with all our entertainment planned out, and the transfers where bang on. Kinda feel bad for not leaving a review the first year guys, but i hope this makes up for it 😅

I had a great experience from start to finish. They were really helpful and easy to contact at all time. We went for the catered bbq and life drawing. The catering company were very friendly and the food was absolutely delicious. The life drawing was so much fun to do for a hen or even just a laugh with the girls. I’d highly recommend using this company and I will do again in the future.

Absolutely amazing effort from James and Millie. Sorted us some cracking open bars and a private viewing for the Fury fight. Considering what they did, what we paid and the value we got..... genuinely superb.Will be using you guys every Ibiza trip in future 👍👍👍

Amazing experience with Pretty Intricate! I dealt with Millie who was extremely helpful. They arranged a party bus from our hotel to Nikki Beach & a return for 12 of us for my husbands 30th birthday! Thank you ladies, I will definitely use your services the next time we’re in Ibiza!

Our Ibiza hen shindig was off the charts and took the stress away from me to plan it all myself to be honest not been before but it was so fun and On the final day they surprised us with this lush sunset dinner overlooking the sea Plus they threw in some random goodies

We are from the us and always wanted to head out to Ibiza but didn’t really know where to start!! Arrived early in the summer, so couldn’t really hit up the big events but made the most of this amazing island thanks to the help of the team planning out not trips, entertainment, last minute villa and excursions. Everything was AMAZING

😡😡😡 Our recent experience with Pretty Intricate Ibiza for a friend's hen party was extremely disappointing and frustrating. Despite initial promises and discussions, the actual event fell far short of our expectations, leaving us feeling misled and dissatisfied. From the outset, there were several issues with communication and transparency. Despite assurances of a glamorous rooftop venue, we ended up on a terrace on the main street, which was a significant deviation from what was initially promised. Moreover, the company failed to inform us in advance about changes such as transportation arrangements, substituting a party bus with a van without prior notice. What's more concerning is the lack of accountability and ownership of mistakes. Despite highlighting these discrepancies, we received no apology or acknowledgment from the company. Instead, they seemed indifferent to our concerns and even denied some of the services promised initially, such as a champagne reception and designated space for the hen. Furthermore, last-minute notifications about venue works disrupting our plans added unnecessary stress and inconvenience to an already disappointing experience. It's evident that the company's lack of communication and failure to deliver on promises severely impacted our event's enjoyment and overall satisfaction. In light of these issues, we feel compelled to share our experience to warn others considering using Pretty Intricate Ibiza. We hope this review serves as a cautionary tale and prompts the company to address its shortcomings and improve its services in the future. As for us, we'll be seeking recourse through our credit card company to address the unsatisfactory experience we endured.

Thanks to the team our stag party was a hit! The villa was amazing and the yacht was a perfect addition which everyone loved as the surprise. Great price, fantastic experience, helpful team to overlook planning. Highly recommend!

I chose Prettyintricate company to organize a hen party, based on the Internet, based on reviews. At first I was a little worried, and not so much about the money, but about the organization itself. We booked a villa and 5 attractions. Everything went just amazing. All shows were on time, no delays, a 4 hour cocktail show was ordered, 4 hours the barmen was with us until the last minute. Cooking show, everything is very tasty. Picnic in a very beautiful place. During the trip on the yacht, we managed to sunbathe and swim, and the organizers treated us to wine, although this was not included. Well, the icing on the cake is the stripper!!! We are delighted. When we organize holidays in Ibiza, we will only contact this company. Thank you very much!!!

The team are super helpful and easy to reach, answered any questions I had promptly and have really good value for the quality of services provided! May book again for my next holiday :)
