My first purchase was about 6 months ago. I actually ordered the wrong screen for my Sons netbook. I contacted Primetech and they directed me to the correct one and gave me a RMA for the first one I ordered. Lightning fast response and even though the screen I needed was a higher cost, they gave me an even swap.
My next purchase went flawlessly, thanks to their tech's instructions on where to find the correct part. Shipping was extremely fast all 3 times. I plan on doing all my electronic business with them.

I purchased a hard drive caddy for an Apple MacBook and received it pretty fast but when I opened it there were only 2 screws instead of the 4 that I needed. I called several times and got an answering machine in which I left a message and I contacted them several times through ebay messages and finally talked to a live person today. I told him my problem and he said that he would call me back, he never did. I'm going to try them again tomorrow and if I don't get satisfaction I'm going to contact ebay.

I ordered new ASUS Eee PC 1005HA 10.1" LED LCD screen from primetech. Few minutes after my purchase, the item was shipped to me. I received the item in less than a week, safely packed in great condition. Unfortunately, my original screen size was 10.0", so I have ordered the wrong size screen. I contacted the seller immediately. He responded me in less then an hour with suggestions how we can solve this issue. I sent back the screen, and after primetech received the screen, he sent me the right one. So, in less then three weeks this whole process was finished.
Although I ordered the wrong product, the seller was very reasonable and determined to help me to get the right one. I like the email communication we had. The seller responded immediately to my emails, and I think that is very convenient, especially when you order expensive products. All the time I was in track with my order status, and the product.
I highly recommend primetech as a seller. He is determined and devoted to the customers, and try to resolve any issue caused by the customer or the seller. The products are new and in great shape, and also the shipping is safe and fast. Your money and orders are in safe hands if you choose primetech. His shop is the first one I check when I want to order something from Ebay. I will definitely continue to cooperate and order from him, and I recommend the same to you.

Awesome Service and ever buy from primetech

I order a lab top screen that was next to impossible to find. Gateway was charging more and had to request permission to sell it to me at a higher rate. In my internet searching, I found primetech.

What a deal!!! The screen was easy to find on there site, easy to install and actually looks a bit sharper than the original screen. It was packaged to insure no damage would take place and shipped uber fast!!! Definately would go back!!!

I was looking for a replacement top lid cover for my Toshiba Satellite laptop, and came across their eBay listing for the exact item I wanted. The description on their eBay listing read (and I quote it verbatim), "A new, unused item with absolutely no signs of wear."

I ordered the part and it arrived a few days later. Upon examining the item, I noticed it was stained and had a number of deep scratches across the outer surface. The stains could probably have been removed with some warm, soapy water, but definitely not the scratches.

I informed Primetech about it, and told them I wanted to send the part back for a full refund. They e-mailed me a prepaid return label, and I immediately shipped the part back to them; FedEx tracking subsequently confirmed that the part had been received by Primetech, but I had to follow up with several phone calls to remind them about the refund.

All in all, not a very positive experience. Would I order from them again? Probably not.

Really Fast shipping and I got more than what I pay

Shipping was free and arrived very quickly. I didn't even expect it to arrive as fast as it did. Screen worked perfectly and only took me about five mins to install. No problems to report so far.

I ordered a replacement screen for my netbook from the website. I made sure the one I ordered was the one I needed. I was sent one that wasn't even the right part number. They sent me a shipping tag so I could send it back. Its been over a week since I've shipped it back. I haven't gotten a response or a confirmation that they've received it. Worst of all I still haven't received my replacement screen. I will never use this website or company again.

I ordered a lcd screen to replace on that was shattered. It showed up quickly, worked perfectly, and has a year-long warranty. Pretty good deal if you ask me even if their price was a little higher.

I ordered my replacement screen on Friday and it came on Tuesday.
Great shipping time for the west coast to Illinois. The screen was packaged nicely and I swapped it out in about 10 minutes flat.

I live in Switzerland and ordered a 2 GB memory module for my HP netbook. It arrived much earlier than expected. It worked at the very first attempt. Perfect!

Second time buying Lcd screen from Primetch, and I may buy more soon.
