Ordered a printer online from Printerland. Prior to the order being processed I received a call from them checking that the printer fully matched my requirements. After telling them what I wanted from the printer they advised a different printer that was cheaper to buy, cheaper to print and with a longer guarantee. They refunded the difference and I still received the printer next day. After a couple of weeks they checked back to confirm I was happy with my purchase. Great customer service, highly recommended 👍

Very competitive pricing on their website, however more importantly lots of details on the website about why this Canon printer is great - the features and benefits including lots of detail about the biggest potential issue with all printers, that is the cost of replacement ink! This one had very clear explanation of why the big tanks are better. The ordering process was then clear and simple, then the delivery was really quick and the courier kept me updated - a very rare 5 stats from me!

Really happy to write a review. I bought a new printer (a Brother Colour Laser printer), from Amazon and supplied by Printerland., After a month it developed a fault, so I reached out to John at Printerland - and he was so helpful, supporting me in working with Brother, and in the end arranging for a replacement printer.

John was great, followed everything up immediately, and fixed problems. The new printer is great too.

I don't normally write reviews, but John's efforts were so above and beyond that it is only appropriate to reflect here.

Printer arrived next day, was plug & play and as such, up & running in less time than a cuppa takes to cool down.

I found Printerland on google searching for a Xerox C325 color laser printer. Based on their positive trustpilot scores and the fact they offered the best price I made the purchase.
Easy website to use, plenty of information about delivery, warranties etc, and checkout process was hassle free.
Free next day delivery was offered and I received my new printer the following day as promised. Well packaged, no damage to packaging. Excellent service all around. Nice touch with a follow up e-mail checking everything was ok with the order. Thanks for a great experience.

I have seen this firm namechecked in PC Pro magazine many times over the years so when I needed a new printer this is where I went. Delivery was fantastic and customer service was excellent, with post delivery emails to ensure I was happy with the product. Have no worries about using this firm for your printer and consumables.

Looking at replacing our printer. Wanted an Epson Ecotank but not sure which one. Found Printerland and after a quick phone call I had a quote for the model that I was interested in. Ordered it from the quote and it would have arrived the following day if I had ordered it before the last dispatch time. Anyway it arrived the day after, couldn't fault the service.
