I bought a £135 Epson printer from Printerland in good faith after reviewing the "Trustpilot" 5-star rating? I paid for the printer in full, on the "13th" June 2026, so I could qualify for the "£20" Epson cashback offer before it expired on the 14th (the day after). Before Printerland delivered the oil stained, damaged box item, that looked like it had just been salvaged from the Local Council tip? Printerland, violated the trading standards consumer Rights Acts policy, by sending me a sales "Invoice dated the "15th June" (the day after Epson finished its "cashback" offer?) Unlike other 24/7 big store company websites e.g. Curry's, Argos etc, which actually record the exact time and date when the item was purchased. Printerland concocted an excuse, the invoice didn't list the right purchase date because "it was the weekend"? As far as I'm concerned, they deliberately sabotage my entitlement to the Epson cashback offer by delaying the invoice (I hope I can upload pictures?) After opening the badly damaged box, it soon became evident this printer was nothing more than a used/returned item, repackaged as new. There were clear signs of wear and this was borne out by the fact, Epson wouldn't recognise my registration details, after uploading the invoice date and printer password, serial numbers etc. This had obviously been registered by someone else before? The printer was useless, the Epson scanner driver, wouldn't download, so there's no scanner, "NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE". I hope I can upload the images for proof of everything I say here. Before buying anything from this company (Printerland), ask them are they going to comply with relevant "Consumer Rights Trading Law" i.e. will the sale's invoice record the exact time and date, when the item was bought? And, going off my unfortunate experience, don't expect the (so-called) brand new printer to be delivered in a "factory sealed" cellophane box, like you'd expect to buy from Curry's? Good luck.

Easy to navigate website, great choice and competitive prices. Good communications and useful advice via email on the printer I chose. Next day delivery as promised and a courtesy email after delivery to check all was okay. A very happy first time customer!

A big shout out to Dominic who wrote to explain the printer I ordered was out of stock but they had the latest version. Did I want to go for that? The printer I had seen on line was a returned one. Said yes and it all went very smoothly including giving it to me at £50 cheaper than the original. Absolutely superb service and what a nice change to be able to say that about a uk company. Well done guys. Delivered next day as promised.

When I initially called up for advice, I was given excellent advice with no pressure to buy at all. That meant I could go away and think about it then made a purchase in my own time which I really appreciated. The world of printers can be overwhelming so I appreciated the help and have got a printer now that I'm really happy with. All communication with Printer Land have been very good and quick.

I was looking for a colour printer and was advised to get an Epsom ET 2862. Printerland.co.uk came up with the best price. It was delivered in a few days and has lived up to the recommendation. Highly recommended company to deal with if you want a great fast service at the best price.

Excellent and smooth experience. Loved the next day free delivery which was quite useful. Happy with the condition my canon laser printer arrived in and it works very well.

One positive criticism: I wish you also show functionality that is missing when comparing printers. For example, I couldn't tell if they had an ADF for duplex scanning which I needed.

The original printer I ordered was obsolete, the guys at Printerland called me and offered the newer version for the same price. Delivery was very fast, everything arrived in great condition and the set-up was easy. We will definitely use Printerland again.

The printer arrived the following day. As it didn't arrive with the toner/ cartridges I queried it. The response was within 5 minutes which was reassuring. The items all arrived well packaged and in excellent condition. It was nice to receive a follow up email a couple of weeks later to ask how everything went. Great customer service throughout!

I was bamboozled by the number of options but a chat with one of the expert staff was really helpful in narrowing it down. After ordering I received a call suggesting a slight change to my toner order which was better value. Printer arrived promptly. A follow-up message checked that all was OK. Fantastic service from Printerland and at no point was there any sales pressure unlike some companies. As an aside, it's my first double-sided printer and it's awesome how it works !
