Needed help picking a new printer. I must have spent over an hour on the phone with Phillip, he explained everything to me. I felt very comfortable and confidant in my purchase. Everything arrived as promised. I would highly recommend.

I purchased a few ink ribbons, 1 was all dried up. Printers101 had me just toss it out and they sent me a new one at no cost to me! That is good service! I would shop with them again.

I ordered a printer we were in dire need of by a certain promised time. We were charged the overnight fee even though we did not infact recieve the product overnight but rather two days later. The printer is working great but I dont know that I'd use them again for this simple reason.

We have no complaints about the toners we received or the speed of delivery of the toners. We don't even mind being asked to review vendors we use; however, the requests for reviews became excessive for a period of time and we had a bad experience that was the "last straw" that caused us to go elsewhere for our toner needs.

I work for a law firm and we often have very strict deadlines me must meet. Often these deadlines come upon us suddenly, with multiple such deadlines in any given day. Over the course of a few months, we received several emails requesting reviews of Printers101 from a website that required us to sign up for membership, which we ignored for good reason. Then, we started receiving frequent phone calls requesting reviews. On a particularly stressful and busy day for us, while desperately working to reach a fast approaching deadline, one of our paralegals received a call requesting a review. She quickly told the person she was sorry, but we did not have time, and hung up the phone. Had she taken the time and an attorney in our office heard her reviewing a website that sold toner when we were close to missing a deadline, well, let's just say that would not have gone over very well. After she hung up, the person called back and began berating our paralegal for being "rude" (I was present, she wasn't). In fact the woman went on for quite some time telling the paralegal about how rude she was and how important the review was to the company.

We have never experienced anything like this with any other vendors and have no desire to order from Printers101 in the future.

I couldn't have asked for more. The items I needed I couldn't find anywhere else and they were shipped right away and received within one week. Very happy.

I would order from them again, from ordering to delivery, everything was perfect.

They went above and beyond with me. After getting a busted machine, they swapped it for a new one so fast -- wow! They sent me a new unit the same day that I called and then only after I go the replacement did the defective one go back to them (they paid for the return shipping on that too)! Awsome comapny!
