Absolutely third grade service. They are one of the "well known" POD services in India but their service is absolutely horrendous. 40%-50% of the tshirts I have ordered had misaligned and tilted prints. They were still taking responsibilities for that and used to replace them. But lately they started to just straight up ignoring the complaints. Recently they provided 3 out of 5 tsihrts with misaligned prints and when I emailed them they just started ghosting me, and now I am in the middle stuck with the customer's complaint about the print issue, having to replace them from my own pocket, where the fault is entirely from printrove. I don't know what kind of third class QC and customer service they have but this is no place to do business.

One of the worst quality T-shirt I've ever bought. I ordered a sample tshirt with DTG print. They sent me one with DFT print. The fabric is low quality and the print feels like melted rubber poured on top of it.
You can't sell it even for ₹199.

The Quality of the product was really great and they were able to ship the products to my customers in 4 days. The People who attended my query were kind enough to take me through their process.

If Someone is looking to Start a POD Business I would recommend you choosing Printrove. I have tried couple of other vendors also (From India) But Printrove is more convenient for me in terms of their Transparency and Delivery.

I was kept informed in the entire process. I was given regular updates from the team about my order.

The only way I could do that was if you wanted me too I could come and pick it out

Worst POD company i have ever used, apparently they only collect the parcels every 2 weeks and they fail to tell you this is in the description. I mean what kind of big company would work like that? They try to say because of you have selected 'India Post' but the other shipping option is triple the price of the actual item and no one could even make profit this way. I only made 2 orders and the tracking has not updated in over a month, i reached out to them and rather than help me they just cant be bothered and send you a link to file a case with the shipping company. Just no real help and they do not care, terrible business structure. You also have to deposit coupons in terms of money then pay with coupons which is very odd. Like, your a POD company not a arcade.

Yes, they took a lot of time and also customer service is very poor. They do things on their own and won't let you know or ask before changing anything. A BIG FISH IN A LITTLE POND. The best solution is to open your own shop and start shipping yourself in India.

If you're thinking of starting a POD business in India, Don't even think of working with printrove because of the following reasons :-

1) Quality(the main thing) - Printrove provides you with the hiddious quality ever, I started my business with a good startegy and even got good amount of sales. Eventhough all the orders were COD so didn't get any money because each one of my customers refunded the product and my RTO was near 100%.

2) Long Shipping Times- 70% of your orders will be refunded excluding the quality RTOs because of of long shipping times, I takes minimun of 11 days to 13 days to deliver a order, Which is absolutely horrendous.

3) Customer Service - Printrove does not interact with any of their customers.

These were SOME OF THE MOST IMPORTANT problems with Printrove.

So, If you dont want to waste your money, DO NOT WORK WITH PRINTROVE.

I had to close down my business because of there late careless shipping , over charging the customers for delivery charges . Also the customer service is pure shi* !!!
please don't trust them , they are so late at shipping that , people cancel their order or end up returning COD orders , and ultimately we are the one suffering losses .

to all viewers please if you are thinking about starting dropshipping with printrove please don't waste your money its not worth it. quality of the t-shirt is the worst and the service is pathetic i have wasted my money and time . now I'm stuck in very tough situation because the money i invested was a loan money now i dont even have money to repay the loan. please dont use printrove.

If you guys have a Tshirt store and use Printrove ,be sure to shut your shop because they will make sure that you lose all your customers due to their inefficiency . The orders are delayed, wrongly printed and customer service is pathetic.

Once you place and order it takes almost 5 days for them to just acknowledge the same and your order will take more then 7 to 9 day just to get shipped and then the delat from the courier is as usual.

So all in all your customer get frustrated and cancels the order and Printrove does not refund the money but it goes as a loss to your company .

Bottom line is boycott such unprofessional companies for your order fulfillment
