Good for advice on buying, terrible after care. I have called and emailed my salesperson several times re a problem with a printer I bought last week and still waiting for a reply!!

No hassle, simple procedure and fast delivery.

Ordered Fujitsu scanner (no more scanning one page at a time, with my old 'all in one' printer unit).
It was about £1.50 more expensive than the cheapest website, but has an excellent reputation on TrustPilot, so not worth the risk or hassle of ordering from someone else for the sake of a few pounds saving. Customer service representative rang me within hours and I think the parcel arrived the next day.

I chose Printware.co.uk because they had the cheapest original Xerox 3250 laser cartridge, I did not want a compatible as I have had bad experiences with refills and compatibles in the past. I am not a company but have a child (OK, young adult!) in Uni and one on her way to uni, so we do see the benefits of a laser printer and would class the house as a high usage household.

An hour after my order I received a phone call from Bradley informing me they stock a compatible cartridge, with the same yield, that will save me money, he listened to my concerns and re-assured me that not only does the cartridge come with an astonishing 2 year guarantee, they are partners with Xerox and the cartridges have passed Xerox stringent quality tests!

It's not everyday you get a company with this level of customer service! Credit where credit is due, Thankyou Bradley & Printware :-)

Normally I sing your praises but since you have moved premises emails are not being answered in a timely fashion, phone calls are not being returned and paperwork is not being emailed. What's happening?

This review is based on my first purchase from Printware. I did all of my research regarding the purchase, including looking at Which? comparisons of product. When I'd decided what product to purchase I also used Which? price comparisons (backend is PriceRunner). The most competitive priced supplier was indicated as giving free next day delivery but this turned out to be only partially true. Printware were offering a very competitive price with free next day delivery.

Initial order process was up to proper internet trade practices. eMail to confirm order, even and eMail from Ops to ask if the details were correct (nice touch). However subsequent eMails to ops were ignored. No shipping information was provided and the product arrived (without notice) a day later than expected). Subsequent interaction resulted in a PDF invoice (not all sellers do this without being asked, kudos). However the invoice indicated that the goods had not been paid for. eMail to Printware finance was dealt with promptly with an assurance that the goods had been paid for and that my other (non-finance) queries would be dealt with by another member of staff.

Overall, Good, Competitive pricing, free shipping (on a heavyish item) and the product is first class. Printware need to sharpen up their act and then I'd rate them 4 or 5 star.

I don't regret the purchase, but was frustrated by not knowing when the goods would arrive.
