private-number-plates.co.uk Reviews

Vicki was great and answered all of my questions promptly. When I received my V5 and was ready to assign my new registration, I contacted Vicki who dealt with the transfer in minutes and was able to put my new number plate on straight away. Hassle free process. Thank you!

First class service from point of phone call, ease of reply to emails and follow up. I’ve used before and I’ll use again. Nice work!

Really good easy service. Easy to get hold of if you prefer to chat on the phone as well. They provided number plates which came in a couple of days, transfer went smoothly on the day we arranged, everything was perfect. Recommended if you are looking for a privatd plate.

Excellent and efficient service. Made the transfer very easy for me. Would definitely recommend .

Excellent service first time used this company kept informed during transaction retention certificate received 2 weeks

One of the most easiest ways to buy a private registration. Mark from the team was super super super rapid in replying and sorting things out. Would always look here now before even attempting other sites which don’t respond and often don’t even have the registration number in the first place…great service.

From noticing my dream number plate to actually fitting it on my Mercedes-Benz SLK was without fault, this entire transaction went seamlessly.
I was well informed and most certainly treated wonderfully.

I will highly recommend this organization.
100% Satisfaction.

Great experience with these guys ! I put an offer in on a plate and they excepted. Sent paperwork through within a few days and put it on my bike.
Very professional and would definitely buy from them again.
Thank you.

Really easy to deal with and helped in arranging transfer and retention documents.

Thanks so much for your help

This company is great. They are always on the end of the phone. I've asked so many dumb questions as I am new to this but they were all answered with clear and precise tact. I had dealings with Mark, Vicki and Paul and i am grateful for all of their help. They were only let down by the third parties they used, i.e. Royal Mail who took 5 days to deliver a 48hr tracked item, the number plate manufacturer who took 4 days to deliver the plates and forgot to include the fixing kit i paid for and the DVLA who after 5 days have still failed to deliver the new V5. All of the problems were beyond the control of private number plates, its just a pity they are being let down. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

Just purchased my first private number plate with PNP. Great service from start to finish. Team talked me through the whole process from retaining my own plate to adding my new one. Cheaper than all the other number plate sites ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent service, great communication. Team helped me through the process start to finish :>

After searching the web for a suitable plate for my daughter, I came across this site and they were a pleasure to deal with paul was very helpful and patient with me as it was my first time looking at a Plate, once I paid for it, all the paperwork was done for me and had the new plate in the car for my daughter within a week thank you very much to Paul and I’ll not hesitate to use again.

This company acts illegally. They will sell you a plate that they or the seller of the the so called plate have no ‘legal right’ to sell.

They then settle the finance agreement (which they receive commission off of) after telling you they can’t sell you the plate as they never done any due diligence that they legally could sell the number plate, the seller wanted to sell.

Refuse to speak to me on the phone, lied about contacting the seller and can’t get hold of them. Take days and days to finally refund you your deposit and then think that everything is fine. After settling a finance agreement in my name for a product I never received.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Save yourself the time and money and the hassle with dealing with such a back street, fraudulent firm with no customer service skills. Legal advice has been sought out after such a terrible experience and fraudulent activity.

The service and communication has been spot on from the initial purchase right to receiving the documentation, I really can't fault this company and would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone. private-number-plates.co.uk you get 5 ⭐️ from me, thank you.

I cannot praise this company high enough, their attention to detail and communication was second to none, having purchased a private plate previously from elsewhere and getting good service I didn’t think this could be beaten… i was wrong it could and was… the little things, checks and queries with an absolute can do attitude and desire to put the customer at the top of the list particularly in distance sales was a breath of fresh air. Thank you for making the whole process particularly dealing with the government bureaucracy of the DVLA so I didn’t have to a breeze… in the theme of Spinal Tap you go up to Eleven!!

Good price and a fast and efficient transfer. Recommended.

Fantastic prices.
I saw the same item listed on other websites from other companies at four times the price !
Good result, bargain and well recommended 👌🏻 👍🏻
