Greg has proved absolutely brilliant at recommending, upgrading and replacing our two outdated business computers. He has transferred all the crucial information and business data that are so indispensable to us, and he has done it all in a completely reassuring, calm and efficient manner. HIs degree of know-how and expertise are very impressive, and he has always found a way to make welcome and reliable progress when there have been any challenges. Our project has involved Greg in visiting us twice at our premises to make sure everything meets our expectations, and this has indeed been the outcome. In fact the new system, with powerful computers that are so much smaller than our old tower machines, exceeds our hopes for its accessibility and simplicity of operation. Greg is a great guy to have around who explains everything very clearly, so even the non-techie can understand and use the systems effectively. Fantastic, fast and easy service. I use eSims so it was even easier to get my lines transferred over. All I did was give them the PAC codes and I was set up on the same day. My existing numbers, on my same phone with a far better package than was being offered to stay.
