Great clinic

I started to have pain in my back the next morning I couldn’t go out from bed or walk so I started to go to ProBack after 3 sessions it started to feel better and I was able to go back to work.
After half way through the treatments I didn’t have any pain anymore.
I feel like a new person I can stretch my body more than I was very able before I had pain.
I’m still continuing with my treatments till the end because I don’t want it to come back and I want to see what else can change.

In the beginning, the practioners are great in what they do. In the first visit, they do very detailed testing to find out what you have.
Treatments were good at first, but I had no big changes, but i was very happy with the treatments i had with abdul towards the end of the treatment.He seemed to find areas where others were missing. I should have seen him sooner!. Magical hands!

Kat and other practitioners have been great to me as well.

I would recommend this treatment for anyone who has long-term pains.

I came to proback with horrible back pain, they have been super professional and in just few sessions my pain symptoms went away and from than we were working on long term health of my spine and back.
My girlfriend also went for treatments with PB and had positive results. Would recumbent to everyone!

Proback clinic is amazing! They are changing the way i look at my health, my body, and even the healing process. All the staff are so friendly, and really make you feel cared about. At the same time, they are brutal (in a good way) when it comes to the actual adjustment sessions. I always leave sore, but in high spirits! If you have back and neck pain, I highly reccommend them, you never know what your body is doing until you see a professional, and that professional should be proback clinics!

Amazing service and friendly team. A huge thank you to the Proback team for the treatment they have provided. After no help and being denied an X-ray by my GP, I’m so grateful I found Proback. They provided X-rays and explained the results and treatment in detail, they are very knowledgeable and I was able to trust them from the get go that they will provide a good service. My back pain has reduced significantly and I’m getting back to my normal self, they have exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Proback to anyone suffering back pain, it really is worth it.

I can't be more thankful to the team at Proback, I was in a really bad place when I found them. For about a year I was walking with a cane, suffered horrible pain in my left leg and my back and spine. I had to move back with my parents and hardly held on to my job. The NHS couldn't care less, after a wait of several months to seea neurologist I was sent home with gabapentin a nerve pain killer and blamed my symptoms were blamed on anxiety, I stopped taking the medication as I didnt believe they even tried to find out (my appointment lasted 5 minutes after waiting 4 months in bed).
I found Proback through an advert on youtube, things went quickly from that, I had an X-ray after Dr Chris drew a plan to what we can do.
The results were amazing, in a months time I was back playing sports, going to the gym, throw my cane away and started walking normally again.
I'm still not fully recovered I see the team regularly to identify/contain my problem until we can find a diagnosis.
I couldn't recommend more, I stopped seeing my previous chiropractor as I have seen better results from Proback.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Having previously had a long course of shockwave treatment a few years ago, and having had problems again earlier this year, had no hesitation to return to proback. Ongoing treatment has rectified the recurrent issues I was having. Its a busy place, but all staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Special mention to Johannes and Robert who have treated me - always positive and offer excellent treatment.

It’s been one month from when I started the treatment and already I see the results. When I first came to the clinic I was in such a bad pain with my back and now I can finally be pain free and move like a normal person. The staff it’s very helpful and always leasing to you and try to explain everything even if you are not good with English. I definitely recommend the clinic.

Had used proback services years ago and did not hesitate for a second in contacting them again recently after another incident. They put me back on my feet using shockwave and decompression therapy, everybody is professional, prepared and yet friendly and flexible in terms of their approach to my specific problem. Being able to listen to patients is a rare and invaluable skill for anyone involved in the medical profession, thoroughly recommended.

On Hand and Knees. After consultation, found out I had a Severely Compressed Spine and Neck Vertebrates. Right Hip drops a few millimetres. Treatment started on the 2nd June 2022. I crawled in and walked out. 5 months on, All Lower Back Pain disappeared within three weeks of starting Treatment. Process included Laser Treatment for the Sore Area within my Right Hip, Decompressing the Spine thus lifting back to near it original position, Shock Treatment to the entire back Area including Right Hip. Currently, only revisit for monthly check-ups. As an Engineer, I’m back on my feet No Pain or Stiffness. I will forever be thankful for the Team at Proback. Reception, Consultants and Superbly Qualified Team.

To be honest, I am here at Proback Clinics Victoria, and I came to this centre because of my body condition, which was very serious. My history I used to get sick ones every three days, which sometimes even makes me unable to walk down to the toilet. Emmagine today, the pain is gone out from my back and hip.

I went to the ProBack clinic and I could hardly even walk with pain in my lower back and it hurt too much to even sit in a chair..everyone there was perfect and they were also very kind and with a smile all the time...A big thank you to Maria Georgiou, who was by my side from the beginning during all the treatments I did, was simply wonderful and thanks to her I can now walk and have no pain anywhere...

I have nothing but praise for this clinic! Right from my very first appointment I was made to feel at ease by the professional but friendly reception staff who were able to answer all my questions. The treatment itself has without doubt improved my quality of life, and has given me an invaluable insight into understanding the causes and reasons for my condition, even after years of searching for answers through the regular channels including my GP etc.
I would definitely recommend this service to anyone considering treatment - even just give them a call to discuss the options you may have - I did, and it’s the best decision I could have made!

I’ve been having shockwave treatment for the last six weeks and have felt a significant improvement in my movement and posture. Maria, Jason and Abdul are all great at providing treatment and making sure that I am comfortable. Every staff member that I have come across is super friendly. Would really recommend.

I would like to say thank you to the Proback team with special thanks to Yohanis. I could barely walk due to sciatica pain when I first walked through the door at Proback, six months later I am largely pain free, and back to my regular activities both at work and in my personal life.
