Rebecca is amazing
My daughter and I called in this evening to upgrade and invest in our cookware, and Rebecca was absolutely excellent!
She took the time to explain the differences between the two sets of pans I was considering, listened to my concerns and what I wanted from our new cookware, and made recommendations based on what we actually needed. There was absolutely no hard selling or pressure to upsell, which made the whole experience better.
Rebecca even helped us get everything to the till and bagged our purchases for us. She applied my Blue Light discount, saving us an extra £10, which was a lovely bonus!
The shop was lovely and clean, and the staff were really friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. Rebecca is a real credit to the team, and her customer service was exceptional.
I would absolutely recommend visiting ProCook for your next cookware investment.
