Fantastic service
The website is easy to use, and when I have shopped in store the staff are always friendly and helpful. The products are priced fairly and have a premium feel to them.

Lovely frying pan…
Firstly it's such a lovely shop,so much choice. I found Nic who served us so helpful. I was after a new frying pan. I didn't know which one then Nic went through them all. Not pushy at all just really helpful.
I've used it for the first time today, so far so good. I intend to follow the cleaning instructions. Hopefully it will last a good few years. Thank you.
