Form the first contact of a cold call to completion of the coating everyone was polite, professional and well informed. Wayne and his team who did the coating worked non stop from the moment they arrived to the moment they went home, very tidy in their work and reassuring when a large chunk of the old render fell off. I have a very old cottage which was in need of an exterior renovation now it has been completed it has been the talk of the village. My neighbours have stopped me in the village to say how great it looks, some have even made special trips to look at it. I am delighted.

PPC have provided great service right from the first meeting. The whole process has been efficient and well organised and the on-site team of Gary and Jack have done a fantastic job. They were very easy to deal with, and communicated well. We are very pleased with the results which have exceeded our expectations.

Very easy to get survey, price looked good value and was held for over 6 months until the work was carried out. The technicians Gary and Jack were excellent and a pleasure to deal with. The end result looks stunning and we are really happy and would definitely recommend to others. We are the 7th house in our small development that have benefitted from their work.

Professional Protective Coatings carried out work on my property last week in exceptionally high temperatures. Wayne, Peter (and Molly?) worked extremely hard over several days to complete the task. I am very happy to say that the house exterior now looks really good. Days of preparation, cleaning, filling and masking led to a final day of spraying and restoration of fittings. Great work by PPC, Thank you for a job very well done!

Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
I contacted the company today as over the last month noticed crack and lots of bubbles in the surface on 3 walls.
Called gave my postcode, confirmed I had the GUARANTEE stating for 15 years, excellent as work was completed in November 2020.
I was asked how long I had been in the property and replied 2 year……
I was then told THE 15 YEAR GUARANTEE IS NOT VALID!!!
I asked why and was told because of clause 7 .. which states is only transferable to new owner if you give the company 1 months notice in writing of the proposed transfer with “written consent by you” ( meaning the previous owner) !!
The GUARANTEE is useless and when I said that to the lady who answered my call she Yes it is for you….
We purchased our cottage from a 92 year old lady, how was she ever going to think about transferring any guarantee.

Please address your sales reps cold calling tactics!! I have had the same guy twice now and have asked him to remove himself from my property. First time, he turns up when I’m ill and lying on my sofa in a dressing gown, so I don’t answer. He took himself round the back of my property and peers in through my kitchen door - dodgy - when he realised I saw him I confronted him, and told him not to help himself to the back of someone’s property. Second time, I have guests round and so I do not answer - he took it upon himself again, to walk around my property and I had to ask him to leave for the second time . If this happens again, I will be getting a formal letter to this company from a solicitor and reporting to trading standards. I would not use your company due to this unprofessional approach. It is trespassing and an invasion of privacy.

The professional and friendly approach taken by all involved with the project made the whole experience easy and stress free from start to finish.
The final article is as stated, actually better than I thought looking at pictures, so I would recommend this system to anyone.
The site team made great progress in some testing conditions and the masking of the windows took a little longer because of the weather.

We had a very experienced, competent and pleasant operative, who completed the work in a very tidy and professional manner. Each member of the team who either explained the process, assessed the fabric of the house or executed the stages of the procedure were delightful. The finish is even better than anticipated, thanks to their high operational standards.

I have had my whole bungalow repainted by this company. From start to finish they delivered an excellent service, very professional, very little mess after the job was completed which they tidied up. Job was completed in the timescale quoted. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again if needed. I am posting this review on behalf of my brother in law Guy Allen as he does not have access to the internet. I was also present when this work was carried out.

We had our whole bungalow coated by this company back in 2021. We were happy with the people that carried out the work, surveyor, etc, etc. We recently contacted them to ask for some help with an area that was causing concern. We were back and fro with their admin people, sending photos etc. We asked for someone to physically come out and take a look. No, all we got was a letter saying that it was a structural defect, which we are not confident it is. At least they could have come out to take a look after spending what we have!

Unfortunately we recommended them to a neighbour, hopefully they will not have similar problems.

Total professionalism - from the office staff discussing and the start of the work at my bungalow at 96 Fieldside, E!y to completion by Gary I could not have wished for a better outcome. Gary was helpful, courteous and a credit to PPC. I would employ him again tomorrow if needed.

Very impressed with the standard of work, Ben, worked extremely hard to get the repairs and coatings done in a timely manner. He was very helpful and answered any questions clearly, putting our minds at rest. Several passers by have stopped and commented on the transformation to our cottage.

A great service all round, house looks totally transformed. Gary and Jack were very friendly, accommodating and tidy, always making sure we were happy with what they were doing. The job was very expensive, but you get what pay for!

The company was very understanding when we had to delay the work three times because other work on our house was planned to be finished but was constantly delayed. Ben worked on our house in some pretty awful weather especially the gale force winds that ripped the paper from the eaves and windows. The end result looks wonderful.

PPC carried out repairs to my existing unsightly render followed by a spray application to give us a flexible waterproof finish. The communication with the company regarding application date was good and the work carried out in a professional manner with care being taken to protect surrounding areas from overspray. On completion there were a couple of issues that we were unhappy with, these were the result of the salesman promising an unrealistic outcome however the company did carry out some extra works to rectify this situation to our satisfaction.

This company came and coated my house midway through 2023, i wanted to give it a year or so before posting any feedback.
The finished work looks as good today as it did the day they applied their coating last year.
They were very professional in their approach to my self and my wife with regards the non pushy sales pitch, and their workmen were quite extraordinarily polite and hardly made any racket, ( unusual for workmen ) .
I am very pleased with the work they under took as my house at the time was a bit tired and and in need of a spruce up.

In the past where i had a problem with successfully painting the rendering to my outside walls, i approached PPC for help.
I was sold the idea of their process used and the demonstration proved it's worthiness.
after agreeing to go ahead with PPC I was impressed with the professional way they dealt with the contract.
When the work commenced the operator turned up on time, was very easy to get on with, helpful, hard working and knew his trade well.
It's only around two months from having this process done, but to date I am very pleased with the performance of PPC and would recommend them to others.

Used this company in August to do the whole of our bungalow. I noticed last month that the render had started to crack around two windows, and in two place the render has come off. When I contacted them to ask them to come and repair, they told me this was not under guarantee. Their answer was that it was structural damage and to seek advice from a structural engineer and claim on insurance. Their guarantee is worthless. Don't believe any of their sales banter where they promise to come and fix any issues - they don't want to know. I am also convinced they broke the seal around one of the windows when jet washing and removing the old paint. We have had water leak in through both windows, and this has not happened in the 18 years we have lived here. Stay well clear.
