These scammers leave negative feedback on google to other heating and plumbing which are genuine companies just so their agency can get more jobs they are big scammers based in ALBANIA. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY

Dear god what kind of company/agency is this. I was quoted 60 pounds over the phone to rewire, one ceiling rose. The electrician was apologetic when he shown me the txt he had. The job was £244 for a ceiling rose. You people are going to be reported to trading standards. Daylight
robbery. The electrician was apologetic when lovely lovely man. Shame he works for a bunch of thieves

Update: some woman called me and was very very rude. Talking over me and the biggest joke was she said she would play the recording of me, agreeing to pay. Well I could only hear about two words I’d said. The rest was garbled. I’d had enough and called her a liar and a thief and that their response was dishonesty, disrespectful, unprofessional and downright stealing. Well I have saved all conversations & recorded everything. I’m going to take this further starting with seeking legal advice. If they happen to read this just know YOU HAVE MESSED WITH AND TRIED TO STEAL from the wrong person. I did not get a degree in consumer law, for nothing. So let’s bring it on. Get ready.

Actually I wouldn't even give them 1 star! A very unprofessional company indeed. They advertise themselves as local plumbers (under various names) but these companies are totally fake. After chatting on the phone with someone who's English wasn't clear and who ignored all my questions, the guy sent a plumber round to my place. He stated the price was £180. What he didn't make clear was it was £180 per hour!! Absolutely ridiculous! I only needed my washer plumbing in so I thought oh just pay it and get the job done. Big mistake! This is the best bit; the plumber appeared to take his time. He kept making unnecessary trips out to his van. 6 times in all. Then after 1 hour 12 minutes he finished (yes I was timing him). He said the total cost was £375!! That was £180 x 2 hours and £15 parts. WTAF!!! His little trips to his van were clearly to waste time so he could charge for 2 hours instead of 1. A genuine plumber could have done the job in half the time. My advice is STAY WELL AWAY!!! Read the other reviews as other customers have had similar experiences. I asked for an itemised bill/invoice but never received one.

I called to book an EICR and they couldn't tell me what the final cost was. They wanted to charge the visit plus the certificate for around £400.

When trying to cancel, they wouldn't take my messages, only a phone call to not leave logs anywhere.

A very rude woman refused to cancel the service even though it goes against all Customer Services rules in the UK.

This is a scam business.

This service seems to be a scam. They sent some around to fix a tap, but he didn't actually fix it. Instead just charged £190 to turn the stopcock off and put silicon around the tap unit. Very vague about what he did. Over a month later I'm still chasing the invoice and keep getting fobbed off. All very dodgy. Avoid at all costs. If they can send me an invoice that would be something

Called for an emergency electrician for blown fuse board. Said it was a local company and they’d be here in half an hour. Received a call asking for a bank transfer for payment which instantly seemed odd. Refused and said it would be card and she said the electrician can’t accept a card I told her to cancel it then but she said she would get in touch with him and say bring a card machine. I knew this was unlikely so said cancel it. She didn’t and I couldn’t call her back, there was no answer. Called head office and explained and the guy said he’d cancel it. The woman then immediately called again and said she had told me it couldn’t be cancelled and I’d be charged for the amount. Electrician (local self employed guy) turned up 2 hours after original call and wouldn’t leave until I paid £90 fee saying he hadn’t been told the call was cancelled and the company had said there were no logs of any calls made to cancel. They also trade under a different name on Google search (24/7 emergency electric) and appear to have stolen reviews to make themselves look better.

One word. Scammers

if i could rate 0 i fully would. the call line people are terrible in general, i am disabled and as soon as they made a mistake sending my out the wrong person they still made me pay full and ignored my called for few days till i contacted the company explaining things they just gave me a disabled good well gesture coupon and hang up immediately after saying ‘sorry ma’am’ they are HORRID

Liars. Deceitful. Overpriced. Don’t tell information and say did. Don’t fix the job properly. Scamming people out of money.

I don’t feel I need to explain myself any further to this company who have asked for further information on my review. Look back at your records for Saturday and you will see plus I spoke to you in the week regarding the issues. Awful company and people doing the jobs. Ripping people off.

Price I was quoted was £144, I was not told that this price excluded VAT so I paid upwards of £170. When the plumber came and saw that it was a 10-sec job, he said he was unable to not charge me as it had gone through this 3rd party and he had driven >20 miles to my house

Waste of everyone’s time. The guy they sent out arrived 2 hours later than said. Then he revealed that it was call out fee+VAT which was £98 plus £350 per hour or part thereof. As we didn’t know what the exact problem was it was a total unknown, so for that price we weren’t prepared to go ahead. He then offered to do it for fixed price on the side, but we had no confidence as we would have no come back if he suddenly sprung us with extras. We lost out on £98 with nothing actually done. Basically a scam preying on people who are in a desperate situation and probably aren’t in a position to argue

DO NOT USE! TOTAL SCAM!!! TOLD US CALL OUT WAS 79 AND THEN CHARGED VAT ON TOP, WANTED TO CHARGE 350 PER HOUR. JUST TURN OFF YOUR WATER AND WAIT FOR SOMEONE ELSE

I spoke to them twice on the phone and twice was told that the quote included the part I needed and they would sort the price. Technician arrived no part and couldn’t get one but still charged full and problem not solved.

To make things worse when you deal with them after to try and resolve they will speak to you like crap and one operative was actually shouting at me

If I could give a 0 review, I would. Avoid at all costs - I needed an emergency plumber due to a leak in a new house and made the mistake to not check the reviews first. I booked and then rang within 15 mins to cancel and the woman on the phone was extremely rude, shouting at me and not wanting to cancel. I had to ring twice and threaten them to cancel the job. Absolutely appalling.

Paid over £300 for them to do nothing. Turns out it was a really simple fix once I got the issue sorted with a different company! Only positive of this experience was finding ScamImmediately on X!

They are a scam company. I booked a provisional appointment with the understanding that I may cancel but when I tried to cancel the customer service robots just say they have forwarded your message to a manager and nothing else. With none contacting me afterwards.

The company does not appear to operate in the UK, they seem to be an offshore scam company with a shell inside the UK. I'm amazed they're allowed to continue to operate in the UK at all.

I contacted the company Jack's Plumbing Services who subsequently sent a gas engineer Pauluwa to see why my boiler has tripped. Within 15-20 minutes he diagnosed it was the thermostat causing the problem. He then took my boiler apart, despite telling him it was serviced recently. He declares the boiler was OK and it was definitely the thermostat. He deliberately made the job last 1 1/2 hours by doing this and charged £190 ph despite being told it would.be£180ph. He said he would contact us the next day with a quote for the thermostat. Needless to say we never heard from him again! We then employed a recommended gas engineer who came and checked the boiler and thermostat and said there was nothing wrong with either. He also showed us that he left live wires out of the boiler, for which we have photographic evidence and also bypassed the thermostat with another wire. This was completely dangerous. I have contacted the engineer who denies all this and says I'm not right and will not answer any further questions! He charged £380 for nothing.

Avoid these people total rip off. I called an electrician to isolate a socket and stop my circuit shorting, as my sockets would not work. The electrician sent apparently did no testing to see what was wrong, and did something to a cable then asked for a large fee and left. Just after the problem re occurred and we tried to call them back. They wanted another £180 call out so I declined their offer as didn't trust them. Called another electrician to sort problem and was told the previous electrician had not done things correctly and should have tested.

Absolute scammers! I booked a plumber with them the following day but cancelled within an hour as I wasnt able to make the appointment. The area manager called me and she tried to say that they're going to send a plumber anyway and that it's too late to cancel! Basically harrasing me to agree to the person coming. In the end i got so mad that I said I'll be calling the police if they try to harass me. To which the area manager replied "oh everything is harassment these days". Absolute joke and poor customer service.

The electrician was 45 minutes late, so i decided to cancel and find an alternative as they breached our agreed time, the guy was unequipped aswell. I tried calling them no answer, when i cancelled he tried threatening me saying i will be in debt over services i did not use when they didnt even read out terms and conditions. Very unprofessional rude and money hungry company. No policies were read no clear terms were stated. TERRIBLE SERVICE rude people and they were the ones that pestered me to book. They think people dont know their rights the fools, i wish we could give zero stars this company is terrible in every way dont use them
