I was pleased with the support I received. Andy wasn’t able to help directly, but he quickly referred me to the right person, which meant the issue was resolved without delay. A smooth and professional experience overall.

Edit: The sales person was very friendly and convincing on our calls, but the service itself has been disappointing.

The platform feels oversold: in my industry I found very few relevant people, and the “localised” subscription is far too restrictive for any remote work. They also set my location incorrectly (Liverpool plus Cheshire and Cardiff). I emailed on 27 January to fix this and haven’t had a reply. This was later explained as a drafted e-mail not being sent across to me by the team. I learned also, that I cannot contact companies from my profile, only people, which raises concerns of the visibility of my own business, and whether other users are able to contact me at all.

While receiving a lot of data from the team after my review on Trustpilot, it came to light that my profile was set up to show QA / ISO expert, while I work in an entirely different sector, so this explains the weak matches on the portal in addition to having my location set for Cardiff (4-5 hours away from my main location).

I would just also like to add that the past few days since I posted my review on here, I have had several two page long e-mails going into detail of how it was my fault entirely, and the attitude from the director of the company by desperately trying to shift blame and make me retract my review on here was also quite disappointing. I feel that taking on board constructive criticism should be taken as an opportunity to grow and improve your business and your customer retention, while my interactions with their staff just solidified my position whether I will be looking to renew my membership next year.

Savina was very kind to connect me with an accountant for my company and also give us a ring after the service for the follow-up. We definitely recommend their prompt service.

After reaching out there was an account manager that supported with my request to loop in additional options. As a customer I have found the experience very pleasent and the professionals I've currently met have been great.
