This company shows how to achieve an 5 star review. I initially contacted the company through my Amazon account regarding a stitching issue with my back support as reviewed. An over zealous email filter made sure that I missed their response. Thinking they had simply ignored my requests, imagine my surprise when the Customer Care manager, Ethan, reached out personally. He reassured me that they were trying to contact me to resolve my issue. Following our conversation and by providing some further information to their helpful team (especially Alice), a replacement was sent out. Needless to say, I’m more than impressed with this level of service and commitment to their customers. I am also happy with the replacement item. Well done ProfessorZ Ltd. and thank you to your dedicated team and service.

I have used their heated back belts for over a year . The product is amazing . But the customer service is even better . The first belt lasted well over a year , given the heavy usage I put it through and price I thought this was excellent. The second belt failed after 31 days and Amazon return policy is 30 days . I emailed professor Z and they refunded me as I’d already bought a replacement . Excellent customer service

Don’t normally write reviews, but just want to say this company are pretty amazing. My RAY-D8 back support brace was the wrong size. It was my own fault, I didn’t pay attention to the listing, but I emailed the company and they were so helpful.

Within two days I was sent a replacement in my size and they picked up the cost of that, even sending a label to return my wrong size.

I don't often buy from smaller online companies and personally prefer to stick to the bigger ones. But my father had a nasty fall recently and damaged his shoulder. I'd been looking everywhere for a rotator cuff, specially ice-compression as that's what his doctor recommended.

The only place I could find one was on ProfessorZ.com
It was easy enough to add to cart and buy and I literally had the package within 48 hours on my doorstep.

But then came the next problem, I couldn't work out how to use the device properly, so I needed to get in touch with the company directly. I did so over email to sales and had a response within two hours with a follow up phone call from a nice lady who took time to explain it to me in great detail!

Lovely little company to work with and I highly recommend them.
