Very bad service and quality, delay, ignoring clients , bad installation. Experience is bad.

I believe that it’s how a company behaves when things go wrong is an important factor in assessing a company. We ordered a bespoke exterior door in November 2023, for delivery in February 2024. Just before the door was due to be delivered, I was informed that it would be delayed. We were offered our deposit back but we decided to stick with it rather than starting from scratch with another company. The door arrived in June 2024. But the dimensions were not correct. The door was taken back and changed. During this period there were unfortunate mishaps, out of anyone’s control which delayed the re delivery of the door. During the period we were kept informed, and so even though it was frustrating disappointing and inconvenient, I felt sure that we would eventually get our door. The door finally arrived April 2025. The fitters were professional, quick and accurate, and I am very happy with the finished product. It is a fantastic quality, Especially when compared with the cost I was quoted for comparable doors. I have to stress that the company fulfilled its commitments, and worked really hard to make sure we finally got our door. Despite the problems they were having to deal with following a catastrophic event that entailed having to set up new premises and restart operations. The delay was problematic, and there was a lot of communication about estimates on re delivery that subsequently changed. I was kept informed about what was happening, and what the resolution was. It is very unfortunate that our order coincided with what was a terrible time for the company. But the finished product us worth it.

I am deeply dissatisfied with the lack of resolution and professionalism exhibited by this company. Despite attempts to resolve the issue, they have been unwilling to provide a refund or engage with us via a mediator. Consequently, we had no choice but to pursue legal action through a County Court Judgement to recover our deposit.

In October 2023, we placed an order for bespoke sliding doors with an estimated lead time of 8-14 weeks. It is important to note that these doors are manufactured in Russia, a detail we regret not investigating thoroughly prior to engaging with this company.

Throughout the process, the company's communication has been inconsistent, and at times, contradictory. They initially indicated a willingness to issue a refund, only to reverse their decision later. Furthermore, they continue to deny any breach of contract, insisting that customs issues are causing delays, leaving us in an unresolved situation.

Avoid at all costs!
