I placed an order with Pro Health Medical Supply at the end of June, and my account was charged on June 26. As of July 15, I had received absolutely nothing—no product, no phone call, no email, and no notification that there was any issue with my order.
The only reason I discovered the item was backordered was because I took the initiative to call. If the item was unavailable, why was my payment processed immediately? And why wasn’t I proactively contacted or refunded once it became clear the product couldn’t be shipped?
When I spoke with Mr. Trevor Perks, he insisted an email had been sent. I never received any email, despite checking my inbox and spam folders. Rather than addressing my concerns, he attempted to justify the situation by saying this had happened to about 50 customers and that 49 of them were understanding. That response was completely inappropriate and did nothing to resolve the problem.
Good customer service means communicating with customers when there is a delay, not taking their money and leaving them to discover the problem themselves weeks later.
This was a very disappointing experience. I hope this review encourages Pro Health Medical Supply to improve its communication and customer service, and I hope it helps other consumers make an informed decision before doing business with this company.
