Unprofessional Interview Experience
I had a very disappointing and concerning interview experience with this company. One of the interviewers, a senior systems engineer, behaved in a manner that was completely unprofessional and inappropriate. Their actions could only be described as harassment, and to make matters worse, this behaviour was witnessed by the HR manager, who failed to intervene or address the issue.
The questions posed during the interview were irrelevant to the role I applied for, and the senior interviewer’s behaviour—including laughing and acting inappropriately—only made the situation worse.
A job interview should be a respectful and professional opportunity for both the candidate and the company. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of these expectations.
I sincerely hope the company takes feedback like this seriously and reviews its interview procedures, as well as the conduct of its staff. Maintaining a respectful and professional environment throughout the hiring process is essential, and my experience did not reflect that.
